About the Area
My apartment is in an excellent location in the metropolitan area, 10 minutes from the Envigado metro station, 10 minutes from the Poblado (Medellín). At the entrance of the apartment you can take different routes to the Envigado park, subway or downtown Medellín. Envigado is a very safe municipality with excellent food areas, parks and shopping centers. The apartment is close to the Envigado park where there are restaurants, bars, banks etc. Around the unit there is a great variety of food and economic markets. It is the entrance to one of the most famous ecological routes in the region (El Salado). Here you breathe green.

Welcome to my home!! I am a calm person and I offer my space to people who consider themselves calm and respectful, I live with my two kittens so I am looking to share with Pet friendly friends.
Likewise I request Cleanliness, proper use of the facilities and Do not make excessive noise, by rules of coexistence of the unit, at night a quiet environment and no noise that affect the other neighbors must be maintained.
Do not invite strangers to the house. If you want to invite a friend, agree with me first.
You can use the kitchen leaving it very neat after using it.
You can wash your clothes in the washing machine once a week.
Smoking only on the balcony

Gina fue una gran host que siempre estuvo allí para responder mis dudas y supo guiarme y recomendarme cosas que hacer en Medellín diariamente. Una persona amigable que sabrá decirte que hacer sobre todo si eres une viajere joven! La zona es bonita y la casa limpia, a unos 15 minutos en autobús de la estación de metro. Tiene 2 gatos así que si eres alergique cómo yo puede afectarte !
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
