The Spring City is located on the second floor with large common areas, including a nice balcony with chairs and a table, where you can enjoy a meal with a nice breeze and view. The living room is a place where you can use your laptop or visit with the other guests. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and available for you to prepare meals.
This house is very peaceful and just two blocks from 70th Boulevard, where you can find lots of restaurants, coffee shops bakeries, grocery stores (Justo & Bueno, D1, Exito), banks and ATM’s (Bancolombia, Banco de Bogota, Colpatria and Davivienda), an exciting nightlife and much more. The location is geared toward those who want to live like a local and be closer to the Paisa culture. You’ll experience typical Medellin life in our beautiful and vibrant city.
The Spring city is Only 5 minutes walking distance from the Estadio metro station, 10 minutes by bus from downtown, or a quick ride by taxi. Several apps offer transportation (CABIFY, DIDI, BEAT and others - UBER is no longer operating in Medellin). If you’re arriving by plane, we can also coordinate a private car from the airport for an additional fee. Our home has 7 bedrooms some of them are occupied full time by professionals or students from different regions in Colombia.
Some of our bedrooms share a bathroom and some have a private bathroom.
The rooms have a fan, desk, closet, bed, night table, mirror, blackout curtains and cable TV. Amenities include hot water, WiFi (60 MB). We provide arriving guests with toilet tissue, shampoo, body soap, clean bath towels and bed linens. Twice weekly house cleaning, laundry area for your clothing is also included once per week .

Estacion Metro Estadio a 5 minutos a pie, rutas al centro de la ciudad a 10 minutos!
Puedes llegar en Uber o taxi, si deseas puedes soliitar servicio de recogida al aeropuerto ( con costo adicional a la tarifa de tu estadía). El lugar es tranquilo, se puede caminar sin problemas por la calle, encontrar lugares donde puedes disfrutar una taza de café o comer algo delicioso a la sombra de los árboles. Estamos ubicados en un excelente punto, a tan solo 2 cuadras del Bulevar de la 70 y cercano a mercados Justo & bueno Market y tiendas D1, Exito San Juan, Colanta y Zonas bancarias con cajeros automáticos, como Banco Davivienda, Banco de Bogotá, Banco Itaú, Bancolombia, Banco colpatria, Banco Falabella!

Fue un placer quedarme en Medellín con Fer como mi anfitrión. Hizo mucho para que me sintiera cómodo en la habitación y orientado en la ciudad, incluso dándome recomendaciones y consejos muy útiles. La habitación y el apartamento estaban muy limpios. Recomiendo a cualquiera que se quede con Fer aquí!

Ferlein is a great host. The apartment is in an impeccable state. Ferlein does everything to keep the apartment clean and make the guests feel welcome. I enjoyed my stay very much and would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay in Ferlein's homestay. He keeps the apartment very clean. He often asked if I needed anything. He was very helpful. I enjoyed how close the apartment was to the metro and many other interesting places to walk. I took earplugs, but never needed them. The fan provided some white noise, but I was never bothered by noise at night. The balcony was a great place to sit.

I had a wonderful stay here. Ferlein is a great host and he is always willing to help with anything you need. His house is in a superb location, close to the metro. Ferlein keeps the house very clean and tidy. I would absolutely stay here again.

Ferlein was a fantastic host. His spanish and english are excellent and he did a great job keeping the place clean at all times. I especially enjoyed the balcony and the location (very close to estadio y setenta)

The most gracious, helpful host you can imagine.
Ferlein helped me with a doctor, a dentist, and an injury too. He always asked if there was anything I needed. The neighborhood felt safe. The place is spotless and has a great location. It is an especially good place to connect with other expats or travelers (there were Spanish, French, American, Croatian, and British people). It had a fun vibe but wasn’t a party place—I slept well at night and felt free to do my own thing too.July 2022

Ferlein, made booking very easy and i recommend him. The location is excellent for travelers, alot of events, sports and walking distance to everything. I am very happy to have chosen to stay with Ferlein's apartments, definitely a great choice form me as expat.
How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
