My house is locatd in a quiet family area, I have a large yard with a tree that tourists like to visit, I am to 5 months minute drive from downtown or 20 minute walk, there is a bus service to one block home Airport is 15 minutes by car or taxi, half an hour by bus.
Beaches 45 minutes by car or an hour by bus, my house has two bedrooms, one double and one single, I'm always at home in the morning and evening, I like sharing breakfast with tourists because it is a family time to know and breakfast is not zero but typical and are very satisfied.
I zone smoked but do not allow liquor, rooms have fans and windows if you want to use the kitchen can, and for an additional five moderate fee $ cannisas washing machine, internet service is excellent, I have Netflix which you can enjoy if they wish in the room, they can walk freely at home, I like to feel confident and I love making friends, my house is on two floors, the rooms are on the second floor with a bathroom but it is not private, no other service on the first floor, there is parking for three cars and I like to help plan the trip of tourists before arriving home if they need it, there must be communication before we arrived, when they come home, and we feel confident and security.
If you do not rent a car, you have restaurants, shops, hospitals and pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, is a very safe and quiet city and access to many beaches is fantastic, the National Park Rincon de la Vieja is an hour from my home.
I want to rent a single room for someone to come to Costa Rica for work for longer stay of one week to two or three months, do not offer in this case supply only service laundry, marital if for stays of one week.
I have two cats and a dog, stays inside and outside the house, the dog is usually out, only if you feel cold comes home.
I work part time but not with hourly receipt of money in always themists except some unexpected situation, then coordinated with a relative who remembers and delivers as I get home.

Marlene is the best hostess. She cooked breakfast and fruit shake every day. She called a taxi to pick me up and drop me at the airport. She is a goddess at heart soul and mind. Her room and house is VERY clean. Downtown is an easy walk. I will definitely stay at her place whenever in Liberia.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
