The house of Zunkovic Family is situated on the west side of the town of Hvar. It is close to the Sport center with numerous tennis camps, and luxuriant Hotel Amfora and Podstine with its well-equipped fitness and spa-center and swimming-pool and close to big supermarket. To reach the center of the town – Piazza – there is a 3 minutes with car, or even better, a nice 10-15 minutes stroll along the coastline. Numerous beaches are 150 - 200 meters from the house, and there you can rent deck chairs, sunshade, or to enjoy cocktails or ice creams. Same distance is to reach taxi-boats that can take you to one of the beautiful Pakleni Islands.
In first floor we offer you completely newly build, furnished and air conditioned apartments comfortable for 4 people. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, and living-room with TV&SAT receiver and couch, bathroom with shower, and covered terrace with wonderful sea and island view. Each terrace has the wooden table and seats.
The breakfast is not included in the price.
Ask us for our special offers out of season, we suggest you September, when you can find Hvar at it’s the best. Also we offer you out of high season, special in May, June, September and October each of our apartments free for only two person, with the price for two persone, who want enjoy in nice Hvar and our nice apartments.
Your hosts, members of Zunkovic family, live on the ground floor of the same house. They hope that will be able to assist you in order for you to spend a wonderful vacations in their house.

About the Area
Zunkovic family house is located on western, quiet and nicest part of Hvar town, where you will be out of frenzy, and noise of tourist center of Hvar.
In the close proximity of Biba Apartments, there is a sport center with tennis courts, and renewed luxury hotels Amfora and Podstine, with fitness and spa centers, as well as super market „Studenac“. With a nice stroll along the sea, under the shade of century old pine trees, you can easily access to city center with a 10 – 15 min walk. Numerous city beaches, where you can rent deck chairs, sunshade umbrellas, or buy a cold drink or ice creams are 150 – 200 meter from the house. Same distance is to the newly decorated city beach Bonj, with a lot of offers and beautiful beach. Identical distance is to the places where you can get on taxi boat or to rent a boat, from where you can take a daily excursion to one of resin islands.
In Hvar town you can easily arrive with one of fast connecting lines (catamaran), or regular ferry boat to Starigrad – 15 km from town Hvar. Whatever is the mean of transport that you will use to reach Hvar town, you will be impressed with Hvar as self standing monument to the culture, as well as ideal place where you can spend pleasant vacation surrounded by your family or friends, with well known friendly attitude of your hosts.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
