Omiš, Balića Rat b.b.
Two bedroom fully furnished apartment 60 m2, 4 +2 beds, categorized with 4 ****, two double bedrooms with two beds, two beds in the living room, two bathrooms, all air-conditioned, 24 ms terrace overlooking the sea and the island of Brac, additional common terrace 60 m2 with a terrace belonging directly to the apartment in a villa with garage, 160 m from the beach (according to google maps). Small fishermen's places preserved in their authenticity, being at the same time completed by the up-to date equipped private pensions, villas and apartments, are so close to and yet so far from the aggressive rhythm of modern life. The lonely bays, where you can always discover "your own" lovely pebble beach. Omiš is a picturesque town 3 km from Balića Rat with real Mediterranean atmosphere on the estuary of the River Cetina. It is a town of Dalmatian Music Bands Festival (so-called Festival dalmatinskih klapa), a town governed by the Omiš Pirates for more than 2 centuries (from 1221 to 1444) and a town in the vicinity of which the ancient Republic of Poljica was developed - first of the kind in Europe.
Omiš is situated in the heart of Dalmatia, between the tourist centres Split and Makarska. Upon its wild and interesting history since the Roman times and medieval unassailable fortress of the Omiš Pirates, it has become a tourist centre of the extremely beautiful Riviera. Variety of cultural monuments of the glorious and long history of Omiš, numerous gastronomy, sport and other facilities make your stay here unforgettable. At this place on its way to the sea, the River Cetina with magnificent canyon cut into the picturesque mountain massif in the very background of the town and the beautiful sand beach make this part of the Adriatic coast extraordinary and incomparable.

Balic Rat is 24 km from the center, and 3 km from Omiš. Apartment can be reached from Omis - to google maps: Split-Path skalica - Garma (highway) - War - Small cove between Luke and before place station - at the beginning of the blind times at the top, on the left.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. When can I share my contact details?
