We live in a quiet village in the suburb of Sibenik.
Apartment which is available to our guests has two large bedrooms, bathroom. Living room with kitchen and dining room have a terrace for a pleasant stay in the open. The apartment is in our house, where we provide guests with a light breakfast.
In the the summer kitchen (in the garden) is a barbecue where guests in the authentic ambience can prepare food.
I like to prepare meals on the grill, and I'm often at your service by appointment.
If you visit us during the olive harvest, you can join the family in picking, and then together we enjoy the food and the young olive oil.
In accordance with our possibilities, we will be at your service and provide hospitality.

Stay of 1 day in high season (July - August) will be charged 50% more.

Our house is located on the northwest side of the city of Sibenik in a quiet and safe place Bilice, which is located on the shores of Lake Prokljan.
We are 6 miles from the city center and only 50 minutes drive from the airport.

House Rules
• Smoking is allowed in apartment, with the attention. Damage caused as a result of smoking will be charged to the guest.
• Air conditioning is necessary to turn off when leaving the apartment. Using the included in the price. Abnormally use will be extra charge
• Defects in performance in the apartment immediately reported to the owner.
• Linens and towels are changed every 7 days.
• Possibility to stay with small pets with agreement with the owner and the extra cost.
• Use our bike is free.
• Using the grill alone or with the help the host.
• CHECK OUT is by 10:00
• Arrival to the apartment from 14:00
• Parking in front of the apartment for two cars.
• Upon request we can prepare breakfast and dinner by arrangement.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
