Apartment built in 2013; Consists of a balcony overlooking the street, living room with all amenities, two air-conditioned rooms, private bathrooms with hot and cold water, closet for clothes and belongings. Kitchen Equipped with refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric heater, etc. Natural decorated spacious terrace with plants and comfortable seating. Terrace on the third level 360o With view of the city. Optional services: laundry, personal guides for all kinds of excursions.
Breakfast $ 4 CUC (fruits, fruit juice, bread, cheese, ham, butter, honey, coffee or tea, chocolate) and dinner made with fresh organic products That Satisfy The most demanding tastes of vegetarians, vegans, celiacs etc.

Our house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 5 minutes from the city of Baracoa, where you will find the main restaurant, banks, cafes, travel agencies. etc. And just three blocks from the boardwalk of the city and the main actractivos of this and its nearest beach.

Excelente experiencia en nuestra estancia.
Trato inmejorable por parte de Yoko, en todo momento atento a nosotros, aconsejándonos con los mejores lugares para visitar y gestionando esos traslados.
Cada mañana nos preparó un desayuno ligero de lo más completo.
Siempre amable y con una sonrisa.

Highly unfriendly hosts, not 1 smile in 23 days. Upon arrival no "welcome, how are you, how was your trip", NOT 1 WORD TO WELCOME in any language.
Entrance to second floor only available via extreme and narrow steps. For some reason no picture on website on this terrible stair!!! Highly not user friendly. (The picture on webside shows steps to 3rd floor).
My room was given to others for 4 first nights.
Had to go down and knock on private door every time to get clean towels.
Cleaning has to be asked for every time.
Plumming problems with zink and shower.
No hot water for several days.
No toilet paper at all. Only 3 very small paper napkins for several days purposes.
In general: stay somewhere else. There are many nice CP in Baracoa, this one is absolutely not one of them.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
