Something that distinguishes us from many rental houses is the location of the property and the comfortable space they need for their rest. Our house is located in the Historic Center of the city, 150 m from the main square, and only 100 m from the Basilica Menor Nuestra Señora de la Asunción de Baracoa (site of the Cruz de la Parra); (GAVIOTATOUR, ECOTUR, HAVANATUR, INFOTUR and CUBATUR), the commercial office of ETECSA, hostels and hotels such as the emblematic Hotel El Castillo , Hotel La Rusa, Hostal La Habanera, Hostel Rio Miel and Hostel 1511 (only 15 meters), place where there is a WIFI area, and from the terrace of the house can access this area of WIFI to connect to INTERNET.
The house has two comfortable and spacious rooms, with excellent view to the outside, air conditioned and very ventilated, private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day, TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, 120V - 240V current and all supplies Necessary to make our accommodation your own home.
In addition, guests will have access to the terrace, from where they will enjoy a spectacular and wonderful view of the city and its surroundings. You can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in this place with a supplement, the magnificent views of the urban landscape, the sea and the mountains that border the area.
The clients will be taken care of by their hostess: Liliana Morgado, owner and architect by profession, her daughter Lilianne (psychologist), Yadira, friend and also architect, with English proficiency. The space of the house includes living room, dining room and terrace. We work with love and love to make you feel safe and have a pleasant stay

Friendly family, good food, helpful and well run Casa. I would truly recommend the Casa to anyone. Superb location for facilities in the town too. Look forward to making a return visit.

Very nice centrally located house with a nice rooftop terrace where the breakfast is served. We also used the laundry service and they made us sandwiches for during a hiking trip. Thanks for having us!

Liliana has a great place in the very center of Baracoa. Clean room, nice roofterras for breakfast and very helpful for any questions we had during our stay. We would definitely recommend!

Una casa bella con una terazza grande.
Liliana é una donna dolce gentile e fa buona colazione.
La famiglia gentile.la stanza pulita.ha fatto pulizia ogni 2 giorni e ha cambiato tutto.
Solo 5 min.dal centro...
Una cosa negativa..i vicini fa troppo rumore
Ed il tempo nn va benaera per me,la prima volta a Baracora, il tempo era cosi brutto..normalmente é bella con sole...

Liliana is a great host and a very good cook. We enjoyed staying at her house and are very glad that we had the opportunity to sample her cooking. If you are staying at her place there is no need to go to a restaurant. Liliane is also a very kind and open person who is very sensitive to the needs of her guests. Her rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and the terrace on the roof is a lovely place for breakfast and dinner.
She also arranged our cab from the busstation en to the airport. We will absolutly stay with her on our next visit to Baracoa and recommend her to anyone visiting Baracoa.Host reply

Lilliana is very friendly hostess with excellent breakfasts : lots of tips for local sightseeing. Beautiful terrace with great views of the fort. Very clean and central location.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
