Modern house in residential area near the city center and the old town we lived here my wife and me. We have in the house rent a room for international tourists. The room is heated with private bathroom and hot and cold water 24 hours a day by a central heater for the whole house. We offer food of all kinds, parking for cars and laundry services among others.
Located in a residential area just 10 minutes from the city center, it is the house of Paquito and Gloria. A built in 1950 modern house consisting of a heated room for rent, with private bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. (Through the central heater). The room also has window shutters that open and close on the customer, refrigerated mini-bar, color TV, fan and closet for clothes.

Other services offered are laundry and dry cleaning. It has a garage to keep the car and have telephone service for calls of any type. taxi service for collection is also provided at the terminal of the Via Azul and return date as desired. We will also provide our customers the location of any other type of service required

Our house is located in the city center in a residential neighborhood near the historic center. We are very wax Main Theater, Plaza del Carmen, the Church of the Mercedes, the Agramonte Park, etc.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
