I like that every guest knows that upon arrival at the house with a guest must be registered and identified with the identity document and be over 18 years of age and I would like the payment method to be at the arrival of the guest and use policy of cancellation.

Yusimir is very friendly and helpful. The house is located in the center of Camagüey so that you can walk to the places of interest. The room was clean and spacious.

She is a great host, her house is impecable, the breakfast was delicious and her personality is awesome. I would stay there again.

La chambre était belle, mais je n’ai pas aimé la façon de faire de cet hôte.
L’hôte m’a demandé de payer ma chambre en euro si possible. On sent bien l’intéressement pour l’argent dans cette casa au détriment des clients.
L’hôte a essayé de m’arnaquer en me rendant la monnaie en cup, alors que nous les touristes nous ne pouvons les utiliser. finalement n’ayant pas la monnaie elle me l’a offerte.
Je trouve que cela est un manque de respect et pour cela je ne recommande pas cette casa malgré que les chambres sont belles et que l’emplacement est idéal en plein centre mais très bruyant la nuit avec les bars à proximités.Host reply
Je voudrais d' abordar m' excuser por de malentendu.La langue est le premier besoin de l' homme et je dis toujours ce dont on a le plus besoin quand on a un boulot oú au jour le jour c' est l'échange interpersonnel.je ne maîtrise plus le Francais j'ai une autre impresion de vous et je regrette plus por cette déception.
à cuba,il y a deux revises CUC anda CUP ,le changement baje je pouvais offrir était en cup.,de toute façon c'était 1 CUC oú 25 cup,c'est la même chose.Tout ça por une eau que j'ai fini par la donner.je demande à Tous les clients que s'ils veulent changer fans la banque EUR por m'aider su même taux de change,cela aide les humains.Cuba achéte maíz me le vend las à la population,c'est la raison por laquelle je voudrais demande,un chance de devises dans le pays.

Yusimir fue muy amable y servicial, siempre con una gran sonrisa. La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia y el desayuno era realmente bueno.

Muy buena atención. La habitación con excelente limpieza y organización. Solo cuidar no hacer ruidos o conversaciones en alta voz en horas tempranas de la mañana. Por lo demás la recomiendo. Excelente ubicación.

Had a lovely stay with Yusimir and her family. Friendly welcomed us, although our late arrival in the evening. Helped us a lot with communication in Spanish with Viazul and other casas particulares. The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Location is great, in the middle of the boulevard. Would recommend this casa to everyone that is looking for a place to stay in Camaguey.

I had an amazing time! The casa is very central and feels safe. Yusimir will help you with all your questions (she speaks excellent English) and the breakfast is wonderfull as well. The room was beautiful and clean and Yusimir and her family made me feel right at home. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Yusimir, when I come back to Cuba one day I hope to come by again. Five stars!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
