Apt very centric a few meters from all.places of tourist interest .in a first floor very ventilated, secure 2 bedrooms. With their private bathrooms, they share a direct terrace kitchen dinning room in one of the rooms and the dining room, they have each room safe, the host is available 24 hours a day
IMPORTANT.DO NOT BE GUIDED BY STREET CHILDREN, SEEK THE ADDRESS ... GENERAL GOMEZ IS A MAIN STREET AND THE NUMBER 253 IS VERY CENTRAL .... TOUCH THE INTERCOM AND WAIT TO BE TAKEN FROM WITHIN THE SUITABLE ... WE WILL SEE YOU SOON! !!

My apt is located a few meters from all tourist attractions, 15 min from the airport by taxi 10 min from the bus terminal by bike taxi.

CANCELLATION POLICY .
To cancel the reservation the guest must contact Homestay at least 7 days before the start date of their reservation for the refund of their money

Ich kann über ihre Unterkunft nicht wirklich etwas sagen da sie aus wichtigen persönlichen Gründen verhindert gewesen war. Ich wurde aber herzlich von einer Freundin von ihr begrüßt die auch bei Homestay ist. Die Ersatz Unterkunft war wirklich gut und Conchita hat mehrfach nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Für mich vollkommen ok den verhindert sein kann jeder einmal.

Excelente ubicación del apartamento, la habitación en la que nos quedamos super confortable, iluminada, con una cama muy cómoda y todo a nuestra disposición.
Nos hubiera gustado compartir más tiempo con la anfitriona, ya que además de ser muy amable y servicial, una persona con quien vale la pena compartir tiempo durante la estadía.
Det var en fantastisk opplevelse med Conchita. Hun var veldig hjelpsom og gjore at jeg følgte meg hjemme. Romme var rent og huset var kjempe fint og vakkert.

Conchita is a very nice and sweet person. The rooms were great and the house has a down home feel to it, which was nice. Breakfast was out of this world. Only problem is horses and traffic in the morning. But if you use air conditioning, you won't hear it
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
