It is a colonial house from 1915 with restored wooden beam ceilings. It has a separate entrance for clients, in addition to Wi-Fi throughout the house and from the comfort of your room and is located in the central area of Havana a few steps from the Paseo del Prado, near the Malecón Habanero and the historic center of the city. city.
I offer a light breakfast in the room price that consists of coffee, bread and some additions such as butter or pesto or mayonnaise.
I also offer a full breakfast for a fee (5 euros or dollars per person) that includes all of the above plus natural fruits, juice, milk, eggs to taste, pastries, etc.

I am very glad that Elaine was our first casa particular in Cuba! She was so helpful in organising transport from the airport, and for advice for our trip generally. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great stay. Thank you for everything.

Recomiendo fervientemente Trocadero111, no solo por la comodidad del hospedaje, si no principalmente por la calidad humana de Elaine y su familia, que para mí fue muy importante.
El hospedaje está muy bien ubicado, cómodo para acceder a los lugares céntricos de día y de noche, cerca del paseo del Prado, pero sin bullicio callejero que moleste para descansar. Me sentí segura en la zona. El desayuno, excelente! La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa, y el wifi, excelente también, que es muy importante!
Agradezco a Elaine y su familia todas sus recomendaciones de traslados, en la Habana y en otros lugares de Cuba, porque me ha ayudado a que mi viaje y estadía sean excelentes, no haya tenido ningún problema y tenga muchísimas ganas de regresar.

Elaine is a great hostess and she takes care of all the details to make the stay Havana as pleasant as possible. This is from organising taxi pick up from airport to arranging Taxi collectivo(shared taxi)
The room I stayed was spacious enough with all the basic conveniences.
I would suggest staying in the centre room away from the street if you are a light sleeper.The biggest advantage is - everything is walkable distance and the house provides WiFi.
The only issue was with mosquitoes- This is to be expected in Havana, please have some mosquito repellant with you for any place in Cuba :)November 2024

La estancia en casa de Elaine, fue muy amable. Tanto ella como una mujer que vivía allí, fueron cercanas y generosas. Nos ofrecieron toda la información que necesitamos sobre sitios donde ir a comer o visitar, que nos encantaron. La habitación estaba limpia y equipada. No tiene caja fuerte en la habitación pero igualmente se nos garantizó la seguridad de nuestras pertenencias en todo momento. El desayuno también era estupendo. Un buen hogar al que acudir.

Aunque nuestra estancia aquí fue breve, pasamos unos días estupendos en este alojamiento. La ubicación es genial y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario. ¡Sirven un desayuno riquísimo! Elaine y toda su familia nos hicieron sentir como en casa y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitamos. ¡Sitio muy recomendable, gracias por todo!

When do I pay?

When can I share my contact details?
