Somos una gran familia, que nos gusta compartir nuestra grande y bella casa con los amigos que nos visitan de todo el mundo. Le ofertamos un agradable desayuno que incluye pan, huevos, mantequilla, café, leche y frutas tropicales, así como cenas con platos típicos de la cocina cubana. Haremos todo lo posible porque la estancia de nuestros huéspedes sea lo más placentera posible y conozcan nuestras costumbres y hospitalidad. Podemos ayudar con la reserva de taxis y casas particulares en Viñales, Varadero, Playa Girón, Playa Larga, Cienfuegos y Trinidad.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en un barrio pintoresco y con mucho movimiento, a pocas cuadras del Malecón Habanero, Vedado y de la Habana Vieja, el acceso a cualquiera de estas áreas puede ser caminando. En nuestro barrio podrá conocer la vida real de la Habana.

私は日本人です。このCASAを含めて3つの家に泊まりましたが、
同価格帯で一番良かったです。写真のように部屋・家がきれいで広かったです。
ご主人・娘さん（？）が簡単な英語ができます。Japanized Englishでもしっかり理解してくれました。
到着時間も夜中1時過ぎでしたが、皆さん起きていて暖かく迎えてくれました。
みなさんとても明るく親切で、コレクティーボ・タクシーの手配もちゃんとしてくれました。
特に値下げ交渉はしませんでしたが、
最新の車でバラデロ20-25CUC、トリニダー35CUCでした。
朝食のパン・コーヒーのおかわりもこころよく応じてくれました。
奥さん（？）はお母さんが日本滞在時に妊娠したときのお子さんだそうで
名前に「ミドリ」という文字が入っていて日本人には特に親近感が湧きました。
皆さん優しかったですが、厚かましいことは決してなく、
プラバシーはしっかり担保してくれました。
また、２０１８年５月時点で小さな猫がいてとてもかわいかったです。
とても対応が良かったので、
最終日にわざわざもう一度、会いに行き、ドライヤーをプレゼントしてきました。
写真のように家が前の道路から完全に隔離されているのでセキュリティも問題なしです。
公認CASAマークが外からは見えないので少しわかりにくかもしれませんが
（もちろん政府公認CASAです）、215の住所番号が目印になります。
場所も中心部に近いです。
私は、潔癖症気味でキューバの宿泊事情に不安を抱いていましたが、
そんな不安を吹き飛ばしてくれました。Host reply

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
