We had a very nice and comfortable stay at Rafael's home in November. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful and we learned a lot from him about life in Cuba. He also made us the best breakfast we had during our holidays!
We felt very welcome and wish Rafael and his family all the best for the future!July 2017

We were disappointed to find that our intended host in May had a ‘technical problem with the water supply’ and so had to pass us on to another casa. Thankfully this did not take us by surprise as one of the more recent reviews indicated they had ended up in another casa as well.

You won't find a better place to stay in Cienfuegos!
The accommodation was first class & had all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay.
We received a very warm welcome from Rafael & his wife.
Rafael's English was excellent & he helped us to make the most out of our stay. He organised all our travel arrangements to ensure we got to see all the main attractions in and around Cienfuegos.
As for breakfast each morning, that's was perfect too!
Our stay here was one of the highlights of our holiday, so thank you so much for your hospitality Rafael, you are a true gentleman!

Rafael does an excellent job of taking care of you. During my stay at their casa, I was welcomed with a lot of warmth and kindness by their whole family.
The casa is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. With a five minute walk to the ocean, and other attractions within close proximity, this casa is situated optimally. It comes with a personal kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The air conditioning in the bedroom was also a very big bonus! I was fed fresh and delicious homemade food served with love.
They made travelling to Trinidad a breeze for me by booking a personal taxi. Thank you Rafael and family for making this such a good experience!

We had a very good time in Cienfuegos which is a really nice city! Great appartment, with a kitchen... the breakfast was delicious and fresh! And Rafael helped us to find a taxi for the bus station and an international pharmacy! Thanks a lot!
