If you go to Cienfuegos, I can definitely recommend you stay here. The hostess, Rosa Maria is a wonderfully welcoming, interested and interesting lady willing to help and making you feel at home. Furthermore, the location is really excellent. It is half-way between Punta Gorda and the Old Town, with a leisurely 20-25 min stroll either way or a shortened Bicycle Taxi ride. The Old Town is for daytime, but in the evening I had drinks and dinner either towards Punta Gorda or in the neighbourhood. In terms of the room, mine had an airco, a fan, a comfortable bed, a deep closet to store your stuff and a modern bathroom with a good shower and an often not provided bar of soap. Breakfast was just what I needed (eggs and all), while Rosa Maria arranged the washing of my cloth for a reasonable fee. Simply, a highly recommended home to stay.
Rosy is a great and really friendly host! The house is beautiful and with the original furnitures still in it! Breakfast was amazing and Rosy speaks English well!
Kamer was heel proper. Het ontbijt was ruim en lekker. Een goed adres om in Cienfuegos te verblijven.
The Casa is a great place to stay in Cienfuegos. It is well located without the noise of the city but it is just a few minutes walk along the bay to the center.
The house is big and looks greats, it is clean and the breakfast was also very good (try the sweet bread, it’s super delicious!)
Last but not least, Rosy is a great person and we felt very welcomed.
Thank you Rosy for making our stay so wonderful!

During our Cuba-trip we stayed one night with Rosy in her beautiful house. It's an official Cuban monument and it was a great honour for us to stay there. Our room was very authentic on the one hand and was spacious en well equiped on the other hand. Besides the house and our room we very much liked our conversations with Rosy. She has a free spirit and was willing to share her thoughts on a very personal level with us. We love you Rosy!!
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
Beautiful house, we really felt like family guests in this house, and Rosa Maria was like a sweet aunt to all of us.
Very beautifull house with a nice room. Dinner was also delicieus. And Rosa Maria is ver friendly lady wil gave is a warm welcome and made is feel at home
It is a very beautiful and big casa.
Rosa Maria was friendly & helpful and the breakfast was great too.
She also arranged cabs for us and she has sence of humor!

I recomment this casa for people who look for something special. Everything is antique with a colonial charme. You sleep well, it is quiet. The breakfast is average, but more important is, that you get here a feeling for the old cuba.
