The Hostel Avenida Crucero rent 2 spacious and airy rooms on the first level in a family home located on Calle La Mar, a quiet neighborhood in the city of Cienfuegos. The rooms are located on the first level of the house so can be rented by senior staff and people with reduced mobility. Each room has a private indoor bathroom, with permanent supply of hot and cold water. They are also stocked with everything needed for personal hygiene such as soap, shampoo, towels and toilet paper. They also have wall fans and a safe.
Rocio, the hostess, is a doctor of medicine and a specialist in urology. At the request of its guests prepare various gastronomic offerings for breakfasts and meals, especially vegetable based recipes, in addition to the dish of the house called Paella Avenida Crucero. The telephone of the house can be used free of charge for local calls and to locate the next destination. Book in this beautiful house where cleanliness and hygiene are guaranteed by the hosts.

We haven't had the pleasure to meet Rocio but her mother. She was very sweet and it was a pleasant stay. Our room had a little problem with water before we arrive so our host found us a replacement room with was as good and we had no trouble at all. All in one we recommend this house!

La casa de Rocio està muy linda y limpia. Se encuentra muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y hay todo lo que necesitas. Rocio y su madre nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitabamos. Si quieres ir a Cienfuegos y disfrutar tu experiencia sin problemas, elige esta casa!

The low rating is just because of the location. Most comfortable beds I laid in all of Cuba. However, I did not sleep great since the noise from the road continuously disturbed my sleep.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
