Nuestros días en la casa de Hector Ramon y Juana son un bello recuerdo. Nos sentimos muy cómodas, siempre nos trataron de forma amable y generosa.
La casa es amplia, al igual que la habitación, tiene todas las comodidades. El baño tiene una ducha muy buena y bidet (cosa poco común según lo que vimos). Hay una terraza donde uno puede compartir con los otros huéspedes que es muy cómoda, fresca y con una gran cantidad de plantas. Siempre que lo solicitamos, trataron de resolver todas nuestras necesidades (incluso consiguieron asistencia médica inmediata cuando mi mamá tuvo un ataque de bronquitis).
Las charlas con Juana fueron muy entretenidas, es una persona hermosa, con mucha energía, amable y encantadora. Ademas, sus tortas heladas son la sensación de Santiago de Cuba (y con toda la razón)
Los desayunos y la cena son muy buenos, realmente conviene quedarse a comer ahí ya que Hector Ramon y su señora son excelentes cocineros.
Estamos muy contentas de haberlos conocido y esperamos volver pronto, muchas gracias por la calidad de hogar con la que nos recibieron. Recomendamos sin dudas esta casa a todo el que vaya a Santiago ya que esta administrada por gente muy responsable, trabajadora y amable.

Hector was a good host, and made his house freely accessible. He has a beautiful son that helps to make the home feel like a family home and his breakfast was delicious. All in all it was a pleasant stay at Hector's house.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
