Approx 1000 sq/ft of home with 2 seperate bedrooms and 1 bath. Each room is rented separately and accomodates 2 people per room. Each room has its own key and safe for your personal belongings. Home features a full kitchen area to eat , family sitting area as well as a parking area for 2 cars. The main area of use for this place tends to be always the backyard area which overlooks the ocean. Rear yard features small mini bar / Kitchenette area with a fridge and freezer at your access , outdoor shower , and a large Tree that provides adequate shade when needed. This property features a seperate terrace (uncovered ) as well. Terrace approx 300sq/ft. All chairs and seating is provided. Walk down to the ocean from the terrace or relax and enjoy a beautiful oceanfront . Area is mosquito free peaceful and very picturestic. Water is very safe to swim in however I suggest you Bring water shoes for ocean walks or swimming . Area at night or day features excellent fishing. Visit the under water world with the at most incredible coral and ocean life Snorkelling of the coast of quantanamo.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
