A Private House with 2 rooms is rented on Calle 2da #2A in the Popular Council of GUASIMAS next to the Paladar de los Chinos in Guasimas, 1km from the Control Point of the Guasimas Expressway, 2 km from Santa Marta and 5 km from the center and the beach of Varadero and 7 km from the city of Cardenas. The house has a portal, a furnished room on the ground floor, a hall, a bathroom shared with those of the house and a private bedroom with a double bed Through the room with an internal staircase you access the upper floor that has a private bedroom with 1 double bed, a private bathroom and a pantry. In addition to a terrace on the upper floor for the use of clients. We also have a Safe and free parking in the case of customers who come with a rental car.
For the service of the clients, the house has a classic Oldsmobile 50 car for taxi services, airport pick-up and excursions to the cities of Cárdenas, Matanzas, Havana and Playa Giron.The host organizes excursions for the clients of the house in the English, French and Dutch languages for being a professional guide with 9 years of experience. The house has free internet service for 2 hours per night reserved.

Nous avons très bien été reçu par Yosdany.
Hôte très sympathique et très agréable. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses en sa compagnie sur son pays. Je recommande fortement cette casa et y retournerai certainement si je reviens à Cuba.

Nos costó un poco encontrar el lugar, al llegar nos sorprendió ya que es una casa muy bonita, nos recibieron los vecinos ya que Yosdany no se encontraba, tenía lugar propio de cochera que al tener auto nos vino muy bien, el baño individual y la habitación excelentes con heladera propia, al no estar el dueño no nos fue posible compartir charlas y momentos ni tener a quien solicitarle algo como ser agua caliente o un café, no hay desayunos pero nos dejó una cola y unas galletas, muy buen gesto. recomendable lugar, limpio y cómodo.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
