Family house in a very quiet area east of Havana, rento 2 independent rooms with air conditioning, minibar, safe for your belongings, located in each room. One with double bed and one single bed, the other with 1 double bed. With private bathroom (hot and cold water 24 hours and water pusher), portal with garden view and a nice living room with TV (local channels).
Independent entrance and closed garage for 2 cars. Children can be accommodated, there is an extra bed for a child.
The cast is called Guiteras (Bahia), near the sea and the city, located 8 minutes from historic Havana and 10 minutes from the beaches (arenas). Very close to the beach of Cojimar rocks, also the Hotel or Villa Panamericana, which has wifi zone, swimming pool, supermarkets, disco, restaurants, Italian pizzeria, etc. (10 minutes walking, 1 or 2 minutes driving).

The house is located to the East of Old Havana, 7 or 8 minutes, crossing the tunnel, easy access to the main communication routes, 30 minutes from José Martí International Airport, 15 minutes from East Beaches

House Rules
Payment must be made at the time of confirming the reservation by 50% and the other 50% at the time of entry.
In case of cancellation up to 48 Hs. Before the date of entry, 80% of the total amount refunded.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
