This apartment will enchant your views, your comfort and easy access to all places of Havana even just 5 minutes walk to reach any of the centers of interest: Museums, Plazas, Historic center of the city, Markets, Central Park, Capitol, Restaurant El Floridita, etc. We offer WIFI service at no additional cost.
Beaches are just 20 minutes by taxi, which can take on the same corner of the house. We love meeting new people and help them on their journey through our country.
It's a nice, newly remodeled, modern, uninhabited by a young couple apartment (on a 3rd floor). Its a triple room with two beds, a composite double bed and a staff; and the other three personal beds. Each room has a private en suite bathroom, hot / cold water, air conditioning, fan, telephone, safe, refrigerator, stereo, TV and large windows. The living room has a balcony from which you can see the street and the beautiful view of the Prado Habanero.
We like to cook and our specialty is Creole (Criolla) food. Our guest can request breakfast and dinner at any time, even before they arrive. We offer WIFI service from anywhere in the house. We are English spoken and enjoyed socializing and help our guests on their journey. We are renting since 2000, so we have a vast experience. We received the Tripadvisor Excellence Award in 2014 and 2017.

From the corner of the house you can easily take a taxi to any place.

Hi everybody,
Stay with Frederico was great. They are very helpful, He helped us to organize our trip , transfer and taxi. The breakfast also was ok and his home was very friendly. I can recommend it from my hart.

What is there to tell?
Everything!!!!!!!!
Staying with Federico and Janet for 12 days and 11 nights, was fabulous.
The location is probably the best in the entire city.
From initial booking to the very end they took care of every detail and helped us out tremendously.
They arranged our pickup at the airport, and also booked two other cass's for us, when theirs was not available for the full booking time (we knew prior to arrival that we would not be able to stay for the full time with them).
We stayed a total of 7 nights 8 days with them.
From cooking a wonderful breakfast to helping with a map and details of what to visit.
They also helped with securing a taxi to take us to Vinales.
Federico and Janet are kind and wonderful. Their English speaking abilities (which are flawless) were of great help to us.
If you are wondering if my comments are too generous, then you will need to go and stay with them to prove they are not.
We hope to return soon.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
