The terrace of 12 is the ideal accommodation, it is the place where you will want to come and spend your stay in our wonderful and beautiful country. Our main purpose is to make you feel at home.
We have a beautiful private room with its own bathroom and a large terrace to enjoy a good breakfast and a toast, everything extremely clean and cozy, with great comfort so that you feel totally pleased. we also offer a varied and well-served breakfast at a small additional cost, which you will certainly enjoy. Our house is perfectly located, a few steps from the wonderful Havana boardwalk, close to renowned hotels such as the famous Melia Cohiba and the glamorous Riviera hotel. Near our accommodation you will find many restaurants, theaters, shops and nightlife attractions. very close to the terrace of 12 is the Cuban art factory, where you can enjoy a varied mix of Cuban art, culture and entertainment and excellent access to transportation to move anywhere in the city. Come and visit us, we will make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Contamos con una hermosa habitación privada con su baño independiente y amplia terraza para degustar de un buen desayuno y compartir entre amigos o en pareja un brindis,todo sumamente limpió y acogedor, con gran confort para que usted se sienta totalmente complacido. también ofrecemos desayuno variado y bien servido con un pequeño costo adicional, que sin duda disfrutará. Rafael, Magdi and family were extremely nice, generous, and welcoming and made me feel like family. The room was clean and spacious, the A/C works well and the balcony is a great place to read, relax and enjoy a cigar. The optional breakfast is very generous, delicious with excellent coffee. Rafael was extremely helpful with sorting through the local customs, restaurants to eat at, hiring drivers, etc. When I make it back to Havana in the future I'll certainly be staying with them again if they're available! Top notch experience!

Fantastisch verblijf. Top gastheer en vrouw. Fijnste vonden wij dat het 5 minuutjes wandelen is van Baya Bikes (heeft in Havanna andere naam)
Tip ... Gebruik de Nabe app voor je taxi ritjes in Havanna. Zal je heel veel geld besparen. Uber.

Rafael and Magdi are excellent hosts! They are good-hearted people with a generous spirit and a passion for offering the best possible service. The bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean and their breakfasts were large and delicious. Their location is walking distance from Fabrica de Arte and near a variety of good restaurants at 1/3 the price of Old Havana. I highly recommend this casa.

They are so nice and kind! The wifi is fast. The home looks so beautiful, they have an open balcony and the view is wonderful.

Rafael und Magdi sind freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns bei ihnen sehr willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer in sehr guter Lage in Vedado ist groß, geräumig, sauber, verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und ein eigenes Badezimmer. Über das Zimmer hat man einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse, auf der Magdi ihr liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück serviert. Rafael beantwortet jede Frage und ist hilfsbereit, offen und herzlich. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

La chambre nous a été très agréable ainsi que son accès au balcon. L'emplacement à côté des lignes de bus et du malecon permettent de se rendre facilement dans le centre.

Rafael, his family and their framework to accomodate people are impeccable. The room with its cozy balcony is located in the apartment in such a way that living in harmony with the family goes smoothly. Situation in Havanna is also very good and and the number of good restaurants in area is sufficient.
Varied breakfast is more than excellent way to start a new day without hurry to try find a place to get lunch and it was absolutely worth price.
Rafael and Magdi were always there for you and more than ready to solve practical problems that vacationer needed help with.

Rafael y Magdi son perfeccionismo, luchadores, magos. He pasado dos semanas en diferentes ciudades de Cuba con mi novio y los dos estamos de acuerdo de que no hay mejor casa, mejor compañía, mejores desayunos, mejores jugos, … Con la situación que hay en Cuba, que no es fácil encontrar algo, ellos se esfuerzan y consiguen lo que se proponen. Le deseo todo lo mejor a ellos y a los suyos. Esta casa particular es una recomendación al 200%. Son los mejores, lo prometo!!

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
