Excellent house in the Vedado, located in a very central area near many places for leisure and fun. You can enjoy a careful attention as well as go out and learn about the culture and way of life of Cubans. You can spend your days in a beautiful and spacious house, just one block from both Calle Line and Paseo Avenue. The house can be considered as a small oasis of tranquility within one of the most central areas of the Vedado. You will have 3 rooms perfectly equipped with air conditioning so that you can adjust the temperature to your taste, in addition to cabinets with hangers where to store your clothes, TV and mini bar. Inside each room you will find a bathroom with hot and cold water shower. You will have access to a large kitchen equipped with everything you need for you to use it (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots, cutlery, dishes, etc.). Because of the large size and comfort of the kitchen you can make coffee and enjoy it quietly and even talk a good time with whoever keeps you company. It also has a very cozy and well furnished room. Finally, it has a large terrace, ideal for sitting and enjoying the breeze. Well you can have a cocktail, soda or some stronger drink to shelter in this excellent space, ideal for socializing and sharing with friends or family. On the terrace also has a hammock ideal for a short nap or just to read a book. The owners of the house will be inside the house in another room, available at all times to help and assist you in everything you need, but fully respecting their independence and privacy. This way you will know more closely the life of the Cubans first hand.

About the Area
You can spend your days in a beautiful and spacious house, just one block from both Calle Line and Paseo Avenue. You will be one block from Paseo Avenue and Calle Line. By Paseo Avenue you can reach the Malecón de La Habana, just 10 minutes walking from the house. Just there you will find two of the most famous hotels in Havana, the Habana Riviera and the Melia Cohiba. You will also find the Galerías Paseo shopping center, where you can find a wide range of products that you may need. Just there is a large park where you can connect via Wifi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
