two separate rooms within an apartment, very comfortable and quiet, each heated, with all amenities and a private bathroom for rent. The apartment is very spacious, located on the ground floor, with living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace where you can have a delicious coffee while enjoying a beautiful view of the area. We found a few meters from Avenue 23 in Vedado, one of the main avenues of the city. They can find places of interest nearby: La Fabrica de Arte Cubano, Havana's Malecon, the Revolution Square, the Colon Cemetery, many nightclubs, restaurants, cafes, shopping centers and more. On 23rd Avenue, a few steps from the house, you can take very cheap taxis to move around the city in just 10 minutes will be in the Old Town. We are a couple, we enjoy meeting new people and help them organize their trip with useful information, we speak Spanish and English.

Our house is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood, just 10 minutes by taxi from the historic center of Havana, a few steps from Avenida 23, which is one of the most important in the city where you can take buses or taxis to move around the city.

Graciela & Juan Carlos were the ultimate hosts. If you are intending to come to Havana, look no further, this is the place to stay. Both speak English very well and are only too willing to help you enjoy your stay. Anything I needed was attended to and the breakfasts were excellent.

Staying in Graciela and Juan Carlos's place was the best what could happen do us. They are the most cheerful, friendly and helpful people. They gave us a lot of advises what to do and not do in Kuba. We had a great connection with them. Amazing people! The house was very clean and breakfasts big and delicious! We really loved the place and Gracila&Juan Carlos. We really going to miss them!

Graciela and Juan are wonderful people. They provided help us with everything we need. Always available for any problem. Provide useful tips for a pleasant stay in Cuba. get acquainted with the essential things you might encounter in everyday life. The apartment is clean and comfortable for staying and vacation. Every morning a healthy and generous breakfast was prepared. I certainly recommend them if you want a pleasant stay.

Very nice house, albeit a little far from old havana. Excellent breakfast included at no extra cost. Even let you use water filter in the fridge for free which i really appreciated. The hosts speak very good english and are friendly and helpful. I do recommend staying here.

This August we spent three days in Havana by Graciela's home.
We booked two rooms and the all house was at our disposal! The house is very big and clean and the breakfast was delicious.
The house is located in one of the most rich blocks in Havana and it's 5/8 minutes from Havana city center (more or less 3/5 CUC by taxi).
The rooms are big and the private bathrooms very large and clean.
Graciela and her husband are very kind, polite and we speak about Tuscany and Italy (they love Italy).My friends and me fully recommend this location!

We stayed 3 nights in La Habana in the appartment of Graciela and Juan Carlos, it was perfect! Really nice people and very helpful, the breakfast was good and the neighbourhood is very safe. We will certainly come back ;)
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
