About the Area
Our home is +- 8 minutes from city center by car and 25 minutes drive from the airport.
The most important turism bus station,Viazul,is 5 blocks from the house.Is a safe and quite neighbourhood.Cuba is a very safe country.

Chère Sandra, Cher Tristan,
Un énorme merci pour ce séjour chaleureux que nous avons passé dans votre maison. Nous avons été traités comme des membres de votre famille, gracias!
C'est un endroit parfait et calme pour se reposer après nos visites de la Havane.
La maison est très propre et très soignée, le petit-déjeuner copieux et les repas : excellents!
La piscine était le petit "+" que nous avons particulièrement apprécié.
Nous avons pu laisser notre voiture dans la rue, sans aucun risque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié vos conseils et nos discussions (en anglais), sur votre agréable terrasse ombragée.
Nous recommandons vivement votre maison à tous ceux qui veulent rester un peu en dehors des tumultes du centre de la Havane :-)
Etre en voiture facilite l'accès à votre petit coin de paradis!

Mil gracias por su amable acogida. Pasamos unos días magníficos en su compañía. Desde los desayunos copiosos, las tardes agradables en la terraza y la piscina, las tertulias adornadas con unas cervecitas, las cenas deliciosas preparadas por Sandra y las habitaciones confortables, qué mas decir! Una dirección especial en La Habana.

Aconsejo a todo el mundo que se aloje aquí, Tristán y Sandra son unos verdaderos anfitriones, harán todo por que te encuentres como si de tu casa se tratase, son amables y entrañables, a nosotros además nos ayudaron a encontrar casas en el resto de sitios dónde ibamos. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Tristan and Sandra are one of a kind.
Tristan is the best person to talk to if you are trying to learn the language because he's very patient and his stories are so interesting.
Sandra is very energetic,enthusiastic and she alwsys has a smile on her face. Not to mention her coffee, which is the best i've had in Cuba!
They were both very hosipitable, honest and kind. My stay with them was absolutely lovely and I would definitely go back. I could feel the positivity in the household straight away and chatting with them encouraged me to engage with the language with a lot more confidence. The location and the house are by far the best i've been in and the pool is a huge plus for when it's too hot to even move. Another plus is that you can cook your own food if you want to and there is a supermarket and market walking distance, so if you're on a budget, this is your best choice.

Siamo stati da Tristan e Sandra la notte del nostro arrivo all'Avana. Casa molto accogliente, camere molto pulite. Persone serie, affettuose, simpatiche e onestissime (grazie per averci tenuto da parte il libro dimenticato). Ottima colazione. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Un abbraccio a Sandra. How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
