Apartment in 3rd and last floor, bright, airy terrace overlooking the city. Good spatial arrangement. Very central (union of three municipalities: PLAZA, CERRO AND CENTRAL HABANA), safe and comfortable. Separate entrance, family atmosphere (quiet), mastery of Spanish, English and French. We do not have pets. Surrounded by churches, shops, bars, restaurants, cultural offerings, taxis, bus, ...

Very central union of three municipalities: Plaza, Cerro and Central Havana. 10 minutes (walk, walk, walk) inter-terminal bus, the Multicine of Infanta, the Maxim Rock, Carlos III shopping center, the Casa de la Cultura of Centro Habana, the Stomatology Clinic. 15 minutes from the Plaza of the Revolution, of the University of Havana, Hospital Calixto García, Manuel Fajardo, Oncology, Yara Cinema, the Alley Hamell, Coppelia, the Hotel Habana Libre, Hotel Nacional de Cuba, of the National Library of Cuba, the National Theater of Cuba, the malecon. House Rules: No smoking inside the house, only in the outdoors. Please keep our home safe. Bolt the door when you enter or leave the house. Reduce noise to a minimum after midnight, please. Do not invite strangers home, if you invite a friend, acuérdalo me before. Enjoy your stay and try our home as you would your own. Feel confident, contact us and seek advice on subjects unknown

Oscar is really a great host, caring and helping you to make sure you enjoy Havana and Cuba. He gave me good places to go and brought me to an amazing art place. His nice flat is really well located in between Old Havana and Vedado. You can walk from there and save money for taxi :) The room is clean and quite, you can sleep well. I'll surely come back to his flat if I were to go back to Cuba

Séjour inoubliable chez Oscar !
La meilleur casa de nos 15 jours à Cuba.
Si vous recherchez un logement rempli de bonheur et de bonne humeur c’est l’adresse qu’il vous faut.
Oscar et sa famille ont été au petit soins avec nous. Nous avons non seulement trouvé à notre arrivée un appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut et très propre et en + des propriétaires d’une gentillesse que l’on oublie pas.
Autre point positif et non négligeable pour des personnes qui ne maitrisent pas l’espagnole comme moi, c’est qu’Oscar parle français. Il a pu nous expliquer en détail le fonctionnement de Cuba. Très enrichissant !
Une autre précision importante : vous êtes à 20 minutes à pied du quartier Vieja. Très facile d’accès.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
