Central apartment with large private terrace -------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- THE APARTMENT Nice apartment approx. 40 sqm with 1 bedroom with double or full bed, a large closet and Air Conditioning. There también está a sofa bed in the dining area WHERE 1 guest can sleep comfortably. The bathroom comes with a nice modern shower, toilet, sink, and heated water. The kitchen is very well Equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washer, etc and a nice dining table with 4 chairs. Local telephone calls for is disponible. Is located on the 1st floor of a nice Havana from 1940's mansion with private access from the street. The apartment is fresh and full of light. A large private terrace approx. 80 sqm with open views to modern Havana is at your disposal to relax and enjoy. SITUATION The apartment has a great location in a nice residential area.Situated in the center, friendly and dynamic Vedado neighborhood of Havana, 5 minutes 'walk from Malecon (famous seaside promenade Havana's) and 10 minutes' walk from Calle 23 / La Rampa, heart of modern Havana, and Surrounded by bars, restaurants , cafes, hotels and theaters. I had a great time at the Manu apartment. Family took care of me in Havana well. They were very friendly and helpful with everything I wanted. Lovely people. I felt safe and homely there. The Apartment was clean and comfortable with spacious terrace. I'll come back there again! :)

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
