Our beautiful 1930 colonial house is located in the heart of Havana, near all tourist attractions. very confortable, we have a private floor upstairs up to 4 guests (we do use the kitchen to prepare you breakfast/coffee).
There is also 2 rooms downstairs (1 Double and 1 Single) and the common space to share with other client.
All rooms have tv, hot water, mini bar and air conditioning appart from Room 3 that has fan.
WIFI available 24/7.
Cuban number to have internet everywhere with you.

It has been an outstanding experience to live like a real Cuban in the beautiful house of RAYSEL. I definitely do recommend this perfectly located homestay in the centre of old Havana.
You can easily walk to the main spots in Havanna and all the restaurants nearby.Can’t wait to be back one day ...

Rasyel ist ein toller Gastgeber und kann ihn nur weiterempfehlen. Hat organisiert dass ich mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen abgeholt wurde. Zimmer sehr sauber und war bei allen Wünschen und Fragen bemüht zu helfen. Internet stehen dort nur stundenweise zur Verfügung aber man kann auf Kuba froh sein dass es überhaupt funktioniert. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und würde diese Unterkunft auch nochmal buchen. Nochmal vielen Dank an Raysel!

Raysel was overbooked so he gave us his appartement to stay, so nice! My parents lived in a room downstairs and it was also clean and cozy. We couldn't have breakfast but he made us the best coffee. Raysel organized transfer from the airport and tours/taxis for us. He was very friendly and helpful all the time. The homestay in in the centre of Havana, havana Vieja is not far away by walking. Would totally recommend this place!

Raysel speaks English excellent and was very helpful. He shared a lots of extra info we wouldn't have been able to do without it (eg the local "Uber") and what really matters to an European turist he arranged taxis, provided advices . His apartment is very upscale, thought a bit tight but it is really close to the city center of old Havana.

We had a beautiful time at Raysel's casa. It's a beautiful home, clean, comfy. The location in Havana Centro was perfect as it allowed to see the popular area of the city, and within a 8 min walk from the capitole and Havana vieja. Raysel is a great host who helped us through our journey in Cuba. Speaks perfect English and always available. We highly recommand this host and casa.

What a great place to stay! The house and rooms are very nice and clean, and very centrally located to all the major things to do and see. Raysel is very nice and helpful, he speaks english very well and is very quick to answer any questions. He also gave great tips for restaurants and helped with finding ways of transportation and places to stay in other cities. Wonderful. I came back to Havana at the end of my trip and stayed here again, because there was really no reason to look for something else.

I would definetely recommend Casa Cubanito!!! the owner is a great guy, speaks english perfectly, he helped us with his advices: where to eat, what to see in havana, how to avoid to be scamed, organised a havana tour in vintage car for a half price down in compare to the prices at Central Square, organised a taxi to the airport, there‘s a free wi-fi, Casa is clean and nice... when we had a problem with the booking of our flight to mexico, he called the airport and the company in mexico and solved the problem...and why I write this - because what really matters,the owner really takes care of his clients, and one can‘t see that so often
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
