Sehr nette Gastgeber, welche uns mit tollem Frühstück auf der Terrasse verwöhnt und uns viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben haben. Ihr Haus ist sehr schön, ruhig gelegen (aber trotzdem weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum) und die ganze obere Etage ist für die Gäste reserviert - Privatsphäre also garantiert. Wirklich zu empfehlen!

Very lovely and friendly hosts. We came very late in the evening and they helped with parking and prepared everything for us. Best breakfast we ever had in Cuba!

Aunque la casa es muy bella, limpia y bien cuidada, y cabe mencionar que en nuestra llegada nos ofrecieron una copa de limoncelo, los precios que manejan nos parecen un poco excesivos 10 euros por el desayuno y 15 por la cena. Ya que decidimos no tomar el desayuno en la casa, la primera mañana, al salir nos propusieron que comieramos algo y nos ofrecieron un desayuno ligero, es decir
1 rebanada de pan con un huevo y 1 taza de cafe, nada más nada menos, a petición nuestra obtuvimos una rebanada extra. Por ese desayuno nos cobraron despues 5 euro pax. Además es importante saber que la habitación,Maria, es muy pequeña y carece de espacio. En ella no cabe ni una silla y no tiene lugar donde poner o abrir la mochila.
Entonces aunque sean personas muy cordiales y acogedoras y la casa sea tan bonita, todo eso no defiende para nada que los precios que están cobrando son más altos de los que pagamos en las demás casas visitadas durante nuestro viaje por Cuba.Host reply

Los sentimos primero que todo por lo que pudo haber parecido no de su agrado, los turistas que viajan a Cuba deben saber que la inflación de precios y comidas y medicinas es en general , los precios establecidos y los servicios que ofrecemos son de acuerdo al sistema de nuestro país , actualmente ningún cliente extranjero que se supone viven en otros países afuera de Cuba, puede entender perfectamente cuánto vale cada servicio, ningún cliente nuestro al momento se ha lamentado como ustedes , siempre quedan complacido de encontrar buenas condiciones y servicios ejemplares. Quedamos a su disposición para cualquier duda o aclaración del mismo .

The room was very good. The breakfast was excellent.

We liked the stay with Nancy and her husband. They were very helpful. The room was clean. The house is not directly in the city centre, but no problem to walk in the centre.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
