Black and White House located on the third floor of a modern building (very quiet and with a lot of security and confidence) exactly an apartemento, with a very modern style, painted mostly white and black. It has a room of lodging with capacity for 1 to 4 people, since it has two double beds We find on the left side of the room a closet where the guest can store their belongings without occupying space in the room due to the amplitude of 2, 5 square meters. The place of rest consists of bedside tables and large windows through which circulate a natural breeze super agredable, in addition to the air conditioning of the room. In the apartment we have the kitchen that has all the basics of a Cuban kitchen (ladles, spoons, knives, pans and saltenes) and a refrigerator. The bathroom is composed of the bathtub originated from the building and its other attributes, partially veneered slabs. In the room we find a set of furniture that make up the dining room. All of the above is new and recently repaired. Also the apartment has a mini terrace where you can take in air, smoke and observe the true Havana. The Wifi access is only a few streets only 2 minutes from our house.We are willing to welcome students and travelers who like to enjoy the culture, art, landscape and nature. The nearest turquoise beach is 30 minutes away by taxi. In our experience we have welcomed journalists, writers, sculptors, and lovers of literature and art. We also taught dance classes and organized Afro-Cuban religious ceremonies. We collect at the airport personally and we have a taxi 24 hours a day. We also book rooms in other provinces. We have internet phone cards for mobiles or lactop. And we could cook meat and other vegetarian foods for guests with local flavor with an extra price, also the guests have access to the kitchen to make the pension that they like

Hubicada IS IN THE CENTER OF HAVANA, HAVANA CENTER WHERE ARE YOU ONLY ONLY MINUTES FROM CENTRAL Places [MALLS, BUS STOP NEAR OLD HAVANA, THE BOARDWALK, bars, discos]
My apartment is located in one of the busiest streets of Havana San Rafael Center in Havana where as the name suggests is the center of the city center, you can move anywhere in the city, state facilities around very close as shopping malls, bars, restaurants (both Cuban, Italian, Chinese or mixed food), Bank Aerolineas, Libraries, very Cuban sale items. Just 20 or 30 minutes walking to Old Havana, 15 or 20 minutes Malecon habanero, 45 or 50 minutes to the Plaza de la Revolucion and taxi 30 minutes to the beaches and 2 hours to Varadero

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
