The apartment is made up of a small hall-living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen-dining room with a laundry area and a bathroom. From there you will be able to enjoy the marine and city presence that will permeate you and fill your spirit with a different touch.
The location gives our house a privileged situation. We are in the very heart of the capital, in one of the young neighborhoods of Havana. From here you can easily access any place in the city, regardless of the means of transport you use: bicycle, bus, collective or personalized taxi.
You can ask us for those services you require, such as food, hygiene, transportation, hairdresser/barbershop, Spanish classes, music, etc.

Our house is located in a very central area, near the sea, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are a few steps from the best known square in the country, close to commercial spaces and about 30 minutes from the airport or the beach. The bus stop is also very close to the house and there are various forms of transportation, as there is also online service of collective taxis and you can request personalized service.

- IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CONSUME DRUGS OR ALCOHOL INSIDE THE BUILDING. ALSO ARRIVING DRUGGED OR DRUNK HOME.
-VISITORS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE BEDROOMS.

-By registering your stay officially, you confirm your approval of our regulations.
-The CHECK-IN will begin by providing the personal data and proceeding to the payment of your reservation.

-You must pay 20 CUC to cover the loss of keys or minor breakages, which will be returned at the end if their use was not necessary.

-You can make use of the room to attend visits and the landline phone through OWN CARD.
-The use of the domestic area is totally restricted. If required, he will consult the hostess.
-It will avoid loud sounds at any time.
-Turn off lights, fan and air conditioning when you are not in the house. Likewise, it will close the water faucets and the drive motor at the end of its use.
-The house is NOT responsible for major breakages caused by a guest.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
