About the Area
The wonderful villa from the year 1950 is located in the best lodging on the hill. We have a wonderful view of a large part of the city to the sea. We are in a safe, pleasant quiet environment, which has a lot of places to visit nearby. Day and night.

Sehr freundliche Aufnahme, Marlene schaffte es auch in Zeiten von Corona und wirtschaftlichen Engpässen für entsprechende € uns leckeres Essen vorzusetzen. Pool gibt schöne Erfrischung nach Stadtbummel, will man Laufen, ist man in ca. 1h im Centrum oder am Malecon.
Mit ein wenig Spanisch bekommt man auf alle Fragen Antworten. Wenn wir das nächste Mal in Havanna sind, buchen wir gern wieder dort, fühlten uns gut aufgehoben

Wir waren zwar nur eine Nacht bei Michel, aber es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Haben direkt einen guten Mojito serviert bekommen und auch das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Das Frühstück am nächsten Tag war mehr als gut! Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank!

A nice Place in Havanna nea the Viazul Bus Station.
From there it is possible to visit Havanna besides Havanna Vieja.
Michel was not at home, but his doughter speaks good english.

We booked this room because of the pool, however the pool had no water and the host lady laughed at us when we said we would've liked to use it. This info should've been updated on their profile. The check-in was very unwelcoming, we had to wait quite a while before anyone even talked to us. The room was spacious and clean and close to the Viazul terminal. This place is more like a hostel than a homestay and the price and quality don't meet.

Esperienza TERRIBILE!!! Siamo arrivati direttamente dall'aeroporto e ad attenderci c'era una ragazza un po' sprovveduta. La camera a prima vista non era assolutamente corrispondente alle foto inserite. Abbiamo scelto tale struttura in quanto si trova vicino al terminal Viazul (circa 300 metri) che avremmo dovuto raggiungere la mattinata seguente. Quando abbiamo comunicato che avremmo dovuto partire alle 6.00 dalla casa particular, la ragazza ci ha detto che per prepararci la colazione sarebbe stato troppo presto e non si sarebbe svegliata e quindi...NIENTE COLAZIONE…. Prima di partire volevamo farci una doccia e...appena entrato mi sono accorto che non usciva l'acqua né dalla doccia e nemmeno dai rubinetti. VERGOGNOSO!!! Abbiamo pagato circa 40 Euro tra prenotazione e pagamento in loco. ALLA LARGA!!!!

La prima colazione viene servita dalle 7:00 alle 10:00. Lei lo sapeva. Allora, perché fare una cattiva valutazione?
L'acqua era un problema in quel momento. La città non aveva consegnato l'acqua in tempo. Ci scusiamo per questo. Avremmo voluto portare l'acqua nella vostra camera se ci aveste informati - anche la mattina. Cuba ha i suoi lati speciali. Nel frattempo abbiamo messo in funzione la nostra cisterna da 25.000 litri. Quindi questo non dovrebbe più accadere.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries).
