It is an apartment of modern construction, prize of national architecture year 1957, one block away from the coast, located in the residential zone "Miramar" in Havana. It has good lighting and natural ventilation, with a garden where you can sunbathe or relax, with a view to the commercial 3rd street.
The property has three rooms with air conditioning, private bathroom with hot / cold water, TV, telephone, mini bar, a beautiful and comfortable bed. In addition, it has a spacious living room, dining room and parking. We offer laundry, transport and massage services and the specialty of the house is the cocktail service. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families with children.
Very close to the house there are hotels, shops and cafés, restaurants, nightclubs and bars, supermarkets, hospitals, scuba-diving club, theaters, car rental office and many more.

About the Area
Our house is located on the west side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are 7km from the city centre and only 30 min drive from the airport. The house is one block from the coast. There are shops and cafes, restaurants, discos and bars, supermarkets, hospitals, theaters, car rental office and hotels around this area.

Yamel house is in a very convenient location to visit the Miramar district, both day and night.
The apartment is well kept, clean and comfortable.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
