Apartment is located in Nuevo Vedado, one of the best residential areas of Havana. Very quietly and well suited location. It includes independent entrance, living-dining room with a beautiful dining table for 6, equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and wall fans. One double bed and one single bed. One bathroom with hot & cold water, beatiful terraces: front surrounded by luxuriant tropical vegetation and undecover back terrace. There are smart TV, coffee maker, microwave, blender, gas stove, phone, and washer machine. The apartment is decorated in a tasteful manner.
The guests can enjoy the whole apartment, without the presence of the owner.

The guest privacy is respected. It is ideal too for those who want to stay at a quiet and safe place with good service for a number of days; Terminal for the bus that is 5 minutes by foot.

About the Area
Apartment is located in Nuevo Vedado, east of Rio Almendares and 1 km from Malecon. In a very convenient location with access to the most iconic places in Havana. It's near shopping malls (TRD) "La Mariposa" and "El Danubio", popular restaurants (paladares) "La Rosa Negra" and "La Casa", publics parks Acapulco and Almendares. Nearby "Zoo of 26". Also, you can find several open-air vegetable markets, for example: Tulip and EJT, with fresh organic products that include fruits, vegetables and meat. There are too little shops, cafes, bakeries and pizzerias like The Serafines, El Clave and Acapulco.
Close to other sites of tourist interest like: Art Factory (FAC) - a new arts space in a converted factory, offering cutting-edge art, music, dance and cinema; Casa de la Música de Miramar - a place if you like to dance Salsa; Malecon, the sea wall that runs along the Havana coastline where on weekends the locals come to party, so bring a bottle and join in. The vast Plaza of the Revolution, the setting for most central government buildings and for major rallies and events. Nearby, the magnificent Columbus Cemetery that is not to be missed.

House Rules
Upon arrival you will be given the key to the apartment which will be returned at the end of your stay.
CUC for cleaning the house prior to arrival and departure. If the lodging exceeds two days and you want an intermediate cleaning you must pay 5 CUC for each one you request.
Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, smoking is to be done on the front or rear terraces of the apartment.
At the lodging you can use telephone to communicate with your family or friends in your country, purchaising card.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
