Cozy full apartment is rented, fully air-conditioned and with all the comforts for an excellent stay in Havana. Located in Vedado, a very safe and central neighborhood. A few meters away are tourist attractions such as the Cuban Art Factory, the Club 1830 and the Malecon Habanero, among others. In the corner we have the main avenue 23, which allows it to be transported in a few minutes to Old Havana or any other place of interest. Breakfast is available upon request and for a fee.
 Detailed description:
The apartment has a room that can accommodate three people with a double bed and a single bed. Inside the room is the bathroom that has hot and cold water 24 hours. The cleaning of the apartment, the change of sheets and towels is every three days or at your convenience.
Then we have the living room where we have a very well equipped kitchenette with its dining table. It also has a sofa bed that can be used for a child or a person that does not exceed 160 cm, so we can accommodate 4 guests in total, provided that one of them is a child or measures less than 160 cm.
From the living room you can access a pleasant, very ventilated terrace overlooking the avenues 24 and 23, ideal space to taste an exquisite Cuban coffee.

The apartment is located just 500 meters away from the FAC “Fabrica de Arte Cubano”, a unique place to know the enormous artistic potential and Cuban idiosyncrasy. We also have an 8-minute walk on the Malecon Habanero, a place that Cubans regularly frequent at any time of leisure, either to enjoy an amazing sunset at dusk, or some urban musical ensemble at night. We also have a 5-minute walk to the Havana Forest, which allows us to be surrounded by nature without leaving the city. The emblematic Colon Cemetery declared a national monument in 1987, as well as the Revolution Square, is also very close. You have at your disposal 300 meters from the apartment, travel buses called Bus Tour to travel through Old Havana that will allow you to enjoy the beautiful views of the historical part of the city. Also on Avenue 23 you can easily take a taxi and move to any place of interest in a few minutes. However, in the corner of the house there is a public bus stop.
