Likes of tranquility and privacy? This apartment has the conditions you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. It is a private apartment, so you will have your own space and it is located in a residential area and very quiet. Delight yourself with a good coffee at dawn or take some mojitos at nightfall on the large terrace that has this accommodation. And what better than having a comfortable heated room to rest! Ideal for couples.
The accommodation is on the top floor and has a separate entrance. The large terrace is an ideal place to breathe fresh air and feel quiet in the morning hours, enjoy a tea or coffee at sunset or enjoy a starry night.
It consists of living room where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in this space intended for the exclusive use of guests. The room offers a wooden table and chairs for 2 people. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a marble countertop and two stools that connects both spaces with efficiency.
The accommodation has a kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator and basic utensils, perfect for preparing the food you want and when you want!
It has a classic and large bedroom. It has a double bed and a personal bed (optional) and has a capacity of up to 3 people. It has a flat screen TV with national channels that you can watch from the comfort of the bed or from the armchair in the bedroom. A space conditioned and simple decorated so that you enjoy a good rest and disconnection.
The bathroom is located inside the room. It has hot and cold water in shower and sink 24 hours. Finish the day enjoying a relaxing bath.
The accommodation includes free garage and insurance for small cars. But if your car is larger, do not worry! You can count on paid parking (at a very affordable price) just around the corner.
Guests have full access to all the facilities of the accommodation. Spaces that are only for the exclusive use of guests, will not share these sites either with the host, or with other guests. Your space and privacy are guaranteed in this accommodation!
I live on the ground floor, so guests can always communicate easily and quickly with me whenever they need it.
The apartment is designed for one or two people, although we can accommodate up to 3 people. Please note that to accommodate the third guest a personal bed will be placed that will reduce the space in the room.
Guests should note that this accommodation is on the top floor, therefore, it is necessary to climb stairs (not many steps).
The cleaning services and change of towels, sheets, toilet paper and soaps will be done every two days. If during this period the guest needs any of these changes or cleaning, they can contact the host.

About the Area
Our house is located in a quiet and very safe area of the Santos Suárez neighborhood. We are 10 minutes by car from the city center and 25 minutes from the airport. The house is located just one street from Santa Catalina and Vento Avenue, three streets from Mayía Rodriguez Avenue and 3 minutes from the Sports City. The area has several coffee shops, some restaurants, markets, gas station and large parks where you can breathe fresh air. Around 10 streets is the nearest Wi-Fi zone.

Fue Mi primera visita a Cuba a La Habana y me alojé en este increíble apartamento, muy independiente , limpio y espacioso , con todas las comodidades, estuve genial , no me falto de nada en parte gracias también a Rebeca que estuvo muy atenta en todo mi viaje por si necesitaba algo , y me ayudo mucho , puedes confiar en ella plenamente. Sin duda volveré a la Habana y volveré a coger este apartamento.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Rebeca fue una experiencia inolvidable. Nos hicieron sentir como en familia con sus atenciones. El apartamento es acogedor, cómodo, independiente y sobre todo seguro. La ubicación es perfecta pues tiene acceso a todas las vías principales en La Habana. Sin duda alguna cuando volvamos a Cuba haremos lo imposible para repetir nuestra experiencia e igualmente recomendamos a todas las personas que estén buscando un lugar para rentar que lo hagan en la casa de Rebeca.

La casa e' indipendente e si trova in un'area molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono negozzi di frutta e verdura, panetterie e tanti altri negozzi che vendono formaggi carni, riso , sigarette condimenti tutto a 5 minuni a piedi. Ci sono anche un paio di ristoranti vicino. La casa oltre ad avere bagno in camera entrata e cucina aveva anche un'ampia terrazza. La casa si trova ad un primo piano ci sono reti alte e due cancelli, e' molto sicura. La casa era carina ed accogliente. La signora Rebecca e' una donna amabile e gentile ogni giorno ci portava la colazione e un giorno si ed uno no puliva la casa. La casa era pulitissima ed ordinata. Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente affitteremo nuovamente questa casa per il nostro prossimo soggiorno. Grazie Rebecca.
La casa es independiente y se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de tiendas de frutas y verduras, panaderías y muchas otras tiendas que venden carnes de queso, arroz, cigarrillos y condimentos, todos a 5 minutos a pie. También hay un par de restaurantes cerca. La casa, además de tener un baño en el quarto tiene una pequena sala de entrada y cocina con platos, vasos tenedores cazuelas, esta bien equipada, también tenía una gran terraza. La casa está ubicada en un primer piso, hay redes altas y dos puertas, es muy segura. La casa fue agradable y acogedora. La Sra. Rebecca es una mujer muy disponible y amable, nos trajo un movil para hacer llamada de la casa , nos dio mucha informaziones y nos trajo un desayuno riquisimo todos los días y a día alterno limpiava la casa. La casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. Mi esposo y yo la pasamos muy bien y definitivamente alquilaremos esta casa para nuestra próxima estancia. Gracias, Rebecca.

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
