Just new in the rental business!!! Do not miss this opportunity to enjoy your stay in this lovely location, the Heart of Havana City. This charming appartment is located in the residential area of Nuevo Vedado, close to the Plaza de la Revolución, "Viazul Bus" and close to Colon Cemetery. The room has a combination of salmon color and wood denoting simplicity, warmth and coolness, in addition to transmitting comfort. I live on the property, and I am available to offer guidance and assistance to guests. We offer a personalized service to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room has its own private bathroom for the guest, clean sheets and towels service. It's a quiet, relaxing and affordable place. Enjoy it!!
Nuestra casa esta localizada en la zona residencial de Nuevo Vedado, cerca de la Plaza de la Revolución, "Viazul Bus" y del Cementerio de Colon. La habitación tiene una combinación de color salmón y madera que denota simplicidad, calidez y frescura, además de transmitir comodidad. Vivo en la propiedad y estoy disponible para ofrecer un servicio personalizado para hacer su estancia lo más agradable posible. La habitación tiene su propio baño privado para el huésped, servicio de sábanas y toallas limpias. Muy cerca del alojamiento hay varios lugares con conexión WiFi. Barrio muy tranquilo. Desde ahi se puede ir a todos lados en la Habana en menos de una hora. Cerca esta "Viazul Bus" una terminal de omnibus que tiene muchas excursiones hacia distintos destinos atractivos de Cuba. Disfrute su estancia!

From here you can go anywhere in Habana in less than an hour. Near to "Viazul Bus" the most easy and cheapest way to go around Cuba. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
