Hello, my name is Albert and I live in Cuba, I'm fluent in English and enjoy talk and share experiences a lot, I think this is the highlight Homestay is not just a platform to find accommodation, is about make boundaries between different cultures and ways of living and see the life from different perspectives. Cuba is an amazing country and have a lot to offer, Cubans are very people full of joy and they are willing to share with you all they charming. I am current doing a major in Economics at University of Havana so we can talk a lot of politics and I can show you the real Cuba not the common bad advertising that you can find online. Looking forward to meet each other and share a typical Cuban coffee or drink. I play guitar , love listening to music, walk trough the sand at the beach, huge fan of Sports.

Located in a safe and quiet residential hood in Miramar. There are many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and other leisure places just few minutes away from the apartment. You can go anywhere in the city very easily and you are just 10-15 min away from Old Havana

Meals
Hosts can offer a complimentary light breakfast at their discretion. All other meals, including a full breakfast, might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be arranged directly with your host.

House Rules
All new visitors will have to provide the host with both their entry and visa information within the first 24 hours. Individuals who fail to do so may incur a governmental fine and suffer additional legal consequences.
A maximum of two people are permitted to stay per bedroom
Should the visitor desire to invite a guest for more than one night he or she will have to inform the host. As mentioned previously this is mandated by the Department of Foreign Immigration.
Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay at the apartment unless they are given permission to do so by their legal guardians. Minors accompanying the visitor(s) are, of course, exempted from this norm.
The possession or consumption of drugs is strictly prohibited. Cuban law penalizes such infringements very harshly (up to 15 years in prison).Check in is at 3PM and check out at 12PM. Should the visitor require different check-in or check out time he or she can contact the host
The Wi-Fi is reachable in a park near the property, is provided by an external provider name ETECSA and you have to incur in a 2 cuc fee per 1:20 hr and min. We don't make responsible for any failure from the provider side.
Smoking Rules

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
