I have a house located in the center of Havana a few meters from the Paseo de Prado and the beginning of the historic center of Old Havana 300 meters from the boardwalk, I have several rooms available to be specific to rent 3 with double beds and a with double bed. I only speak English in addition to my native language (Spanish) the house has a central patio with outdoor tables, living room with TV all available for guests rooms have a refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water 24 hours, fan, iron. I love diving and reading, as well as PC games

About the Area
the house is located very close to the Habanero boardwalk and a few meters from the historic center being the limit of the municipality center Havana with the municipality Habana Vieja. surrounded by hotels restaurants of all prices and categories, 10 blocks from the house of music (recreational center of live music) multiple routes of connection with the rest in the city.

Wilfredo helped us with our first steps in the Cuban world. He is a very good landlord and speeks English very well. We loved your breakfast. Rooms are clean and have enough space. Ideal to walk into town. Thanks mate!
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
