Excellent independent apartment for exclusive use for guests with swimming pool and a large patio with barbecue, our customers can enjoy a breakfast included has a heated room for 2 people, pose also a large living room with sofa bed that can accommodate 2 more people, dining room, kitchen with mini-bar, bathroom with cold and hot water and other amenities that will allow a pleasant stay for as long as you want.
We are located 24 hours a day to help you in whatever you need, because we live on the top floor.
We are located in one of the quietest areas of the city surrounded by important nightclubs and doctors such as the Tropicana Cabaret, the Casa de la Música de Miramar, the Cira Garcia International Hospital and the Placental Histotherapy Center
Outside the rent, the airport pick-up service and the laundry and dinner services are offered.

About the Area
Our apratamento is located in one of the quietest areas of the city 5 minutes by car from the center, serca we have important nightclubs and an important hospital area with international services. We are only 15 min by car from the airport and a few meters from the bus stop, we are also just 200 m away from a major avenue where you can take a taxi.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
