Una habitación moderna e independiente de un cuarto con capacidad para 3 personas. Tiene un recibidor pequeño, cocina con refrigerador y microondas, baño con agua fría y caliente, y una terraza con una maravillosa vista del Malecón habanero. Además, la habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado, secador de cabello, televisión y caja de seguridad. Está ubicada en Centro Habana una zona segura, tranquila, muy cerca de lugares de interés turístico y restaurantes. Se ofrece servicio de limpieza de la habitación y por un costo adicional el de desayuno.

A really cozy and comfortable one bedroom independent room with capacity for 3 guests located in Centro Habana. It has a small hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and an amazing terrace with great views of the Malecón. Also, the room has air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, safety deposit box, refrigerator, microwave, and cold/hot water 24h a day. The location is perfect because it is a quiet and safe zone. Besides, it is really close to restaurants and turistic places. The owners offer services such as cleaning and breakfast.

About the Area
it is about 10min walking to El Callejón de Hamel and the Malecón. Also you can walk to The Havana University because it is really close to the house. Besides, by walking through the Malecón you can reach Old Havana.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
