About the Area

Casa El Eden de Ana, is located in the "Miramar" neighborhood, the most prestigious area of Havana.
In a quiet area, which guarantees a break away from the hustle and bustle of the center, however it is only 10 minutes from Old Havana, the historic center of the city and the busiest. This combination of tranquility and closeness makes this area a privileged place in Havana.

The house is also located next to the Almendares River (the main tributary of the city), in the green heart of the city called Bosque de La Habana (or Metropolitan Park), so you can breathe pure and clean air, as well of a relaxing tranquility at night and in general throughout the day.

It is an 8-minute walk from the Art Factory, one of the main nightlife and cultural centers of Havana and very close to restaurants such as Cocinero, De Otra Manera, Vista Mar, Rio Mar, Toros y Tapas, among others. Bars like Up&Down, SaltZugar, Spacios, Sangrilá, among others. Nightclubs such as Casa de la Música, Cuban Art Factory. In addition to important health centers such as the Cira García International Clinic and the Placental Histotherapy Center, just a two-minute walk away.
It will only take you a few minutes to travel by car or bicycle to places of tourist interest such as the Plaza de la Revolución, Old Havana, El Capitolio, El Floridita, among others.

We recommend that you obtain a better orientation to consult and download the map of Havana on maps.me.
