My apartment is a condo with windows in all directions making it very clear, fresh and very private. The apartment is spacious (193 square meters) and is located on the 1st floor, where getting him through a staircase of 16 steps.
The building is three floors and was built in the 50s of the last century was the golden age of Cuban architecture. It is located in the district of Miramar, one of the most modern and quiet city. It is located only 150 meters from the coast so it gets full all the influence and marine environment.
It is connected through wide avenues in only 15-20 minutes Old Havana and Vedado.
It has the following parts: Terrace closed set with many plant species, living room, dining room (these two pieces have a whole 55 square meters) which together give you a spectacular breadth and functionality to these common areas. It also has 3 rooms used as bedrooms, a study, two bathrooms (one of them is inside one of the rooms and the other is shared between the other two) These last two rooms are made independent from the rest of the house and are those used by customers. The kitchen is very spacious with over 12 linear meters of plateaus and numerous shelves. There is a rear balcony with departures from the kitchen and from the living customers. The house has a closed with capacity for two cars in the basement of the building garage.
Spanish besides English and speak some Russian.
I know the history of Cuba and the city of Havana and I can show it to visitors.

About the Area
Our house is located just 150 meters from the sea in the modern and quiet neighborhood of Miramar. It is only a 25-minute drive from the José Martí airport.
It is located near important avenues that connect it with the western area of the capital and only 600 meters from the source of the famous Havana boardwalk which takes you in just minutes to the center of modern Havana and Old Havana.
In the immediate vicinity of the house there are numerous facilities that may be very useful such as bank agencies, currency exchange offices, large and small shops, more than 30 restaurants and private and state cafeterias with numerous offers. There is also the International English Language School of Havana and the famous International Clinic of Havana. There are also many recreation centers such as the outstanding Casa de la Música de Miramar and the Fabrica de Arte and several discos and nightclubs. Numerous embassies are located in our environment, which allows easy access to them. (France, Italy, Angola, Panama, Nicaragua, Holland, Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, etc.)

Mi relación con María empezo muchos meses antes de su llegada cuando la ayude a encontrar un lugar donde podia recibir lecciones de idioma castellano, lo que felizmente era bastante cerca de mi casa.
Al llegar creo realmente que mi esposa y yo tuvimos muchas atenciones con ella, como prestarle mi bicicleta para todos sus desplazamientos y prestarle una tarjeta sim para que pudiera usar su telefono en Cuba. Ella tambien tuvo atenciones con nosotros. |Fue una bonita relación.
Al finalizar su estancia le dimos una encuesta para que evaluara su estancia en mi casa. Esto lo hacemos siempre como una forma de retroalimentarnos y poder superarnos. De 8 aspectos a evaluar con un rango de 1 al 10 nos dio el maximo en todos y agradecio las atenciones y prometió volver.
POR TODO ESO ES QUE NO ENTIENDO QUE EN SU EVALUACION NOS OTORGA SOLO 4 CORAZONES. CREO ES INJUSTO.October 2018

Lamento profundamente que Werner no haya podido disfrutar sus largas vacaciones en Cuba, pero no creo justo que su malestar lo refleje en una evaluacion de 3 corazones a mi alojamiento, pues los problemas que tuvo no fueron relacionados con mi alojamiento, primero sufrió que su equipaje se le extraviara y solo le llego 3 dias despues, en esto lo apoyé en sus gestiones para recuperarlo y mienttras le facilité ropa mía para que la usara. Luego tuvo dificultad para extraer dinero de su tarjeta y lo oriente y acompae a las oficinas adecuadas para que pudiera sacar su dinero y por último, tuvo afectada sus excuersiones y estancia general en Cuba por largos temporales que azotaron nuestra isla por mas de 12 días y que provocaron daños y afectaciones en todo el país.

It was really comfortable and relaxing stay.
He helped us a lot. The casa is a bit far from old Havana, but he arranged the good taxi.

We spent 2 nights at Casa Juan in Miramar, La Havana, it was very comfortable and clean, enviroment quiet, the Atlantic Ocean with possibility of swimming within 100 m of walking. The breakfasts made by the owner were really delicious. Juan gave us a lot of information concerning our travelling and helped us with organisation of transfers (La Havana, Playa Larga, Trinidad, Viňales, Varadero), we are grateful to him. We have passed a hard test with the biggest hurricane that has existed in the Atlantic and lashed us last week. To the malecón habanero arrived enormous waves of 9 meters of height. There was heavy flooding in that area. In our neighborhood were not so fierce and we were only without electricity for 3 days. In other provinces it was destroyed.

Квартира хорошая, кондиционер, холодильник -все работает. Всегда горячая вода. Часто меняют белье и полотенца, моют комнату. Хозяева очень приятные, деликатные. Продукты свежие, постоянно фрукты и соки свежевыжатые. Недалёко есть точка общественного интернета.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
