LA CASONA DE KIKO is located in Miramar, Playa, very close to the sea. It has three bedrooms, with separate entrance, and a large garden that provides a pleasant stay in contact with nature.
The rooms are spacious, fresh decorated that invite to a comfortable stay, have air conditioning, private bathroom, mini bar, television, strong security boxes. All have two beds, one double and one personal. The third room is a mini apartment.
Places of interest near the house
A few meters away are the restaurant bar La Cecilia, the cultural center El Sauce, the Higher School of art 1 km away, the Convention Center, PAVEXPO Exhibition Center and the Miramar Business Center. In the same way, the house is close to the CIMEQ Hospital, the CIREN, the Cira Garcia International Clinic and the Placental Histiotherapy Center.
The area has several services of restaurants, cafes, bars, cultural complexes, markets and other very close accommodations that can be coordinated in case of large groups. Just 200 meters from the house is the departure and return point of HAVANA BUS TUR, two-story bus that makes the tourist tour of the city.
Services offered
It offers breakfast service, free provisioning, cleaning and change of daily towels and sheets every two days. The house offers WIFI, aesthetic and integral body massage service, taxi service and, in the same way, car care and garage access are guaranteed. We collaborate with our clients with information and the necessary coordinations for the knowledge of the City in their trip of tourism or rest.
It is our desire that the stay of our guests is comfortable, safe, quiet and respected for which we work, providing a quality, professional and personalized service adjusted to the requirements of our customers.
Our family is composed of the host couple and our two young children. We speak English, Russian, Italian and Spanish.

About the Area
Our house is located in a residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. We are west of the city, very close to the sea. By car 10 minutes from the city center and 20 minutes from Jose Marti International Airport. The area of La Casona de Kiko is of great architectural and natural beauty.

How do I book?
Contact the host about your stay - tell them a little about yourself, why you are staying and ask any questions you have about their homestay. You will be able to book immediately after sending your message.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
