We offer 2 fully independent air-conditioned rooms, each with private bath. The rooms can accommodate 3 people each but one that fits 4 people. The rooms have a small minibar which could take drinks or use it if you need something cool. The house is 200m from the beach, 15m Mall 24 hours. In the area you can perform different activities like snorkeling, hiking, bird watching, fishing and enjoying the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. Our house is located on the main road, Caleton, Playa Larga, Cienaga de Zapata.
We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as services Bar where you can enjoy your favorite cocktails.
We offer 2 rooms with hot and cold water, air conditioner, each one With its own bathroom. The capacity of each room is 3 persons but there are one That is possible 4 persons. Each room has a little fridge Where You can get some drinks or use it to refresh something that you 'need.
The house is near to the beach (200m), and near to the Commercial Center 24 hours (15m). In the zone you can do differents activities like diving, watching of birds, hiking, fishing, and enjoy the beautyfull beach of Caribbean.
Our house is in the Main Street, Caleton, Playa Larga, Cienaga de Zapata.

About the Area
A 100m is the beach. Opposite the house there is a pier where they can watch the sea and sunsets. A 40m is the shopping center where you can listen to 24 hours Cuban music in the evenings

We got a very nice welcome at the hostal. The rooms were nice and clean, the shower was very nice and the host very polite. There were several good restaurants in the near neighbourhood. If you stay at Playa Larga, stay at Ernesto's!

Very nice stay, the bedroom is really confortable, dinner was excellent :-) the beach is 5mn walk, it is great !

We had a lovely stay at Dario's house. We were welcomed with drinks and the house was spotless. His parents cooked us a delicious meal, and breakfast, and let us use their garden to hang out beachwear (and for my kids to enjoy looking at their fishpond :-) We hired 2x bedrooms as it was myself, husband and 2 kids. My parents took the other room. Both were spacious and comfortable with nice hot water showers. We visited the nearby beach which is a very short drive or walk away and enjoyed jumping and splashing in the clean, shallow warm water. We also took a short drive to nearby beaches to snorkle - the fish and corals just meters from the shoreline were wonderful. Its also an area of great historical significance (Bay of Pigs) so worth a visit X We would recommend staying here.

Dario and his mother were amazing hosts!! they serve lovely food, the room was clean and they provided everything we requested. They suggested places where we could explore their area such as parks, nature trails and snorkeling/ diving sites. Dario speaks very good english which also helped a lot. We definately reccomend their casa for your vacation in Plaga Larga :)

Dario and his family were great hosts. He speaks very good English and made us feel very welcome. The casa was lovely and clean and in a perfect location 2 minutes from the beach and the bay of pigs. We would definitely stay with Dario again

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
