We are a Cuban family that respect all our guests we like to make new friends, we rent 4 rooms with 1 and 2 double beds for 2 or 3 people, each room has its own private bathroom, minibar, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe, hot water and cold etc,
In the hostel since the client arrives we make one more of the family so that he feels confident and never hesitate to ask for some information or some help. In the Great hostel the well-being of the client is essential.

Na het verblijf in alle casa's op Cuba is deze helaas toch echt het minst fijn. De kamers zijn netjes schoon, goed voorzien en keurig van formaat. Maar verder biedt het echt niets gezelligs. De ramen van de kamers kunnen niet open omdat er geen horren zijn en er muggen zitten. Je bent dus gedwongen in de airco en met de lampen aan te zitten. Buiten de kamers is het kaal en ongezellig. Geen leuk hoekje om te zitten.

Hallo Martine als u gecontroleerd de ramen kijken uit op de straat en zijn oude hout dat niet aangepast worden kan, maar wat ik niet begrijp is, want je een klacht van de bednets maakt wanneer er geen muggen?. Hartelijke groeten.

We really enjoyed staying here - and even returned for one more extra night on our way back to Varadero. The rooms are spacious and clean. If have a chance to eat here at Alexi then do, lobster was the best!
The beach within walking distance is not the nicest but there are really beautiful beaches very nearby.Host reply

First impression: Very nice. Second impression: Not in very well condition.
First room: Water was not working properly - after many hours we changed the room.
Then in the new room, at first everything was ok but then warm water failed - technician came and spent many hours -Host reply
Thanks for your comments the problem was that the resistance of the water heater broke and in cuba is not easy to find a piece but we fix it right away. Best regards

Très bon accueil de Pinito et de sa famille. Très disponible et serviable. Son fils est adorable, il nous a guidés pour aller à la plage et prendre le bus pour faire de la plongée. Logement propre et spacieux pour une famille de 4. Petit déjeuner et dîner excellents et copieux (langouste très bien cuisinées). Terrasse ombragée très agréable pour manger dehors. A recommander.

En casa Pinito a pesar de solo haber estado una noche y poco tiempo en la casa,te sientes como en casa,ya que la familia esta pendiente en todo momento por si hace falta algo. Recomendable

We live our stay at Penito's House. His mum and sisters wereld all ver nice. We had the best home cooked meal here, whilst on Cuba. Great lobster and als a great breakfast. It would help to know the address is in the road from la Boca Just before you come in to Playa Larga.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
