I stayed in Susy and Jorges place for two months. The house is just like in the pictures, and the ambient is even more beautiful!
Susy and Jorge made me feel like home, were always open for a chat and helped me with everything.
I’m going to miss Susy’s dishes a lot – she let me taste the best typical cuban dishes.
This place is highly recommendable and I will return for sure. Thank you for everything!Host reply

Jeorge y Susy son personas maravillosas, exultantes y muy respetuosas. Las habitaciones son muy limpia, espaciose y acogedor ... Jorge y Susy son dos grandes chefs de alta calidad, que me hacieron comer a mi y mi amistades muy bien ofreciendo comida de alta calidad a buen precio.......en esta casa comì la mejor langosta que se puede comer en Cuba. A Todo garantizo este lugar!!!!

Mimmo es una persona muy especial con un lindo corazon y mucha educacion,cariñoso y colaborador,mantuvimos con el y su grupo mucha comunicacion y una relacion de un respeto muy agradable para convivir,estrechamos una amistad desde el minuto 1,mantubieron mucho orden y limpieza,gracias por los lindos momentos y los intercambios,aqui en nuestro Hostal Villa Susy tienen su casa,muchos exitos y bien estar para la familia.un abrazo de Susy y Jorge

Jorge & Susy are wonderful hosts. They will guide you through all aspects of Cuban life; everything you need to know. The apartments are large and very clean. The meals are very tasty and the plates are full. I highly recommend this place and i will return.

This was without doubt the best casa myself and my friends stayed in when we were traveling around Cuba! The hosts; Susy and Jorge...are two of the warmest, sweetest, loveliest people I have met. They welcome you like family and not like customers! It was honestly a pleasure to have met them! The casa itself is really clean and very well kept! The room/appartement we got was very comfortable and had great Air Con which is a BIG plus in Cuba. They also provide a delicious breakfast for 5cuc and even better sandwiches for when you're leaving! The location is only a short, cheap (if you haggle...or Susy will haggle for you from the case ) taxi ride from Central Havana. If I'm ever back in Havana I will 100% stay here again!

Home away from home. Susy and Jorge are absolutely amazing. As soon as we were welcomed at the gate we knew we were going to have a very enjoyable stay. Susy speaks great English and gave us all the help and advice we needed to make the most of our stay in Cuba.
Jorge speaks Spanglish!lol but what an amazing man. The home cooked breakfast keeps you going all day and I highly recommend having dinner. Location is good with everything you need in walking distance and only a 15min ride in a cool American classic into town. I would highly recommend staying at hostal susy and hope that if Jorge and Susy are ever in Australia they let Jason and I extend an invitation to stay with us.

We can only say the best about Jorge and Susi. Actually there should be 6 stars. Great, lovely hosts with big hearts, the one immediately missing as soon as you are back home. The rooms are always clean and perfect. In the garden you can sit comfortably and drink a wonderful espresso. The breakfast is also very good fresh fruit every day. There is also a nice roof terrace. Thanks again Susi and Jorge

Susy and Jorge or how i used to call them: my cuban Mum & Dad. I never met so nice , honest and kind People like those two wonderful persons are. The time we spent in their house was relaxed and without any Problems. Susy speaks very good english and loves to give hints and cuban Insider Information to anybody who asks for it. Jorge is a funny and very experienced man who told me a lot about cuban Lifestyle in the past and Business. He knows how to motivate People :) Both are doing their Job with heart and love to care about People and help them. you will immediatly feel the warmth of their energy when you meet them. I feel like I'd know them my whole life . The house and rooms are very clean ( It was the cleanest Casa where I've been in Cuba and believe me, I've been at many places :D). whenever you want you can have your privacy because the rooms are not right 'in the House'. The pool on the Roof is a great place to relax after a visit to Habanna town ( which you can reach within 5-10 minutes) My personal advice : taste Jorges Moskitos and Sandwiches because they are the best i ever had before. honestly.
In the end I want to admit :
It were the best days in Cuba we had with those two awesome People. You also can make that experience if u just go there with an open mind and open heart. Trust them and you won't regret it.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
