The house is located in Havana, CUBA, near the PANORAMA, CHATOU MIRAMAR, OCCIDENTAL MIRAMAR, COPACABANA Hotels, near the sea, around it there are several Italian restaurants, BON APETIT, EL DILUVIO, CIAO BELLA, and others of Cuban food We also have several nearby points of connectivity via WI FI. Our apartment is ideal for couples, lone adventurers or a duo of friends traveling together.
Our comfortable and functional apartment has a spacious and very private covered terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the wind or spend an afternoon quietly reading a book, a bathroom with hot and cold water, a small kitchen that has a microwave, electric stove, refrigerator and other accessories, it is also heated, the price includes cleaning service and towel changes.
The entrance of the apartment is independent, we also offer 24-hour customer service, cleaning and laundry service as requested, taxis for airport pick-up.
During your stay, the fridge will be at your disposal and we will provide you with bottles of mineral water upon arrival.
Located in the Playa municipality, a residential area of Havana, very quiet and safe, near 5th avenue, Hotels such as the Sheraton, Comodoro, Panorama, Chateu Miramar, and others the sea is breathed by its proximity, in some of these hotels there are beaches with natural pools.
Because it is located near some main avenues, transportation to the historic area of the city and other areas of Havana is easy.

About the Area
The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city of Havana, Playa municipality representing the residential area of the republican bourgeoisie, and today has become an eminently tourist area, with its beautiful mansions and elegant 5th Avenue, besides being home to several embassies and place of residence of the diplomatic staff accredited in the country, which attaches great importance to the municipality.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
