About the Area
Our apartment is in one of the main streets of the avenue 23 which communicates with all the sights and the best ubicadas.A only 5 minutes drive will have the National Hotel, Plaza of the Revolution and many restaurants as well as theaters, cinemas and museos.En the nearest environment, there palates restaurants Manma Mia, Karma, El Farallon, Chaplin film, the art Factory, cultural complex that includes nightclubs, art exhibits, at very affordable prices and quality service . It will be a walk through the streets and to discover their surroundings pleasure as well as its beautiful and extensive Malecón .... among other places of interest.
The bus stop is located at the entrance of the building. You can have access to different municipalities in a very short time. We are also close to various shopping centers.

Fue una experiencia increible ! Tanto cariño que nos dio Maria !! Estuvimos muy felices estar en su hogar. Maria es muy atenta y agradable. Ojala que un dia volveremos a vernos en Cuba ! Fue un placer conocer la Havana a su lado, no la olvidaremos! Un abrazo fuerte! La recomendamos !
C'était une expérience incroyable. Nous avons été très heureux d'être logés chez elle. Maria est très attentive et est une personne très agréable. J'espère que nous pourrons nous retrouver à nouveau à Cuba. C'était un vrai plaisir de découvrir la Havane à ses côtés. Elle a beaucoup de conversation et saura vous conseiller. Allez-y les yeux fermés , nous la recommandons !!

Good afternoon. I want to say a big thank you to Raime. Very good woman. She has a nice and clean house. She is very kind. Excellent cook. The apartment is conveniently located. Near the Revolution Square. And next stop. We really enjoyed her visit. We will definitely stop if we are in Havana. Thank you very much. Спасибо большое этой женщине. Приютила нас и приняла, как родных детей. отлично и много кормила. Помогла во всем. И такси закажет и расскажет как и куда пройти. Нам все очень понравилось. В комнате и кондиционер и вентилятор. В квартире чисто. Квартира удобно расположена. рядом автобусная станция, это важно для тех, кто сам добирается из Гаваны в Варадеро. Рядом остановка где проходит экскурсионный автобус по Гаване. Можно много не ходить, а сразу за 10 евро сесть и доехать до капитолия. Там погулять и в 18.00 сесть по тому же билету на обратный путь и приехать домой. В общем все прошло отлично. Мы с мужем рады, что остановились именно у Раимы. Спасибо огромное за теплый прием . Удачи вам!!! и Хороших клиентов!!!

Maria and her son Raima were very accommodating hosts that we decided to return to their homestay before returning home! We arrived very late from the airport and also had to depart very early and Maria always made herself available. The air conditioning was great with fresh towels daily and a delicious Spanish omelette to start each day. Maria's apartment is very close to the cemetery that is on the hop on/ hop off bus route so we used this on both days to get in and out of the city and to old Havana.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits Chez raima ... magnifique séjour .. le quartier est calme et raima est super gentille et cultivée . Cetait super intéressant et en plus elle est super bienveillante et toujours aux petits soins ... cetait top ! Tres gentille famille

We had a nice stay at Raima´s place. Apartment was nice and clean and hostess very lovely, she came to meet at the airport. She gave us good advice to what to do during at our stay at Cuba. Breakfast was good and the apartment located in a nice neighbourhood in Havanna.

I'm a college student who was traveling alone for Spring Break to practice Spanish, and Mari and her son (Raima is a combo of their names) truly made me feel at home for the week. I lost my phone on the first day and her son spent the entire day with me helping me find wifi and sorting things out. He speaks English also which can be really helpful. The room is very comfortable, and Mari was more than willing to cook meals for me for a more personal experience. The location was the best part – right along Calle 23 which is a main thoroughfare to catch taxis going into Viaja Havana, but nestled in Vedado where things felt safer and less touristy. They were incredibly helpful, generous, and sincere people. I would absolutely recommend staying with this family.

Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
