3 rooms are rented in comfortable apartment in front of the Malecón Habanero.
THE 3 ROOMS MUST BE RENTED
The apartment is located in one of the most central areas of Havana, El Vedado, opposite the Meliá Cohiba and Riviera hotels a few meters from the Malecón.
There is cold and hot water 24 hours a day.
All rooms have an ocean view, are air-conditioned and consist of a safe, a television and a refrigerator (mini-bar / refrigerator).
How common areas the apartment has a dining room and a terrace overlooking the sea.
Throughout the apartment there is access to WIFI-ETECSA (Internet with cards).
The electrical installation is 110 V and 220 V.
We, the hosts, are right next door, in an adjoining apartment, we share the same access through a gate, the two apartments forming a single property.
Upon arrival guests can find a personalized attention that will help them to know our culture, history and details of how to move and places to visit.
Light breakfast is included in the price of the room.
Laundry service is offered (not included in the cost of the room).
NO OCCASIONAL VISITS ARE PERMITTED.

The exact address is: Calle 1ra # 252, apartment 92 (9th floor), between Paseo and A. Vedado, Plaza de la Revolution. Havana
We are in Paseo y Malecón, in the heart of Vedado, in front of the Riviera and Melia Cohiba Hotel, about 5 kilometers from Havana Vieja, where you can reach the tourist bus (through the door of the building), taxi, collective taxis or bus.
From the airport you can reach by taxi at an approximate cost of 25 CUC.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
